I have had a mixed experience with these guys - but the service department cannot be called proactive.

They offered me a $2700 estimate for a torque converter in response to some concerns I had and, when I declined, put me back on the road without a transmission flush, which might have solved the problem (and so far has, via another vendor). This after I had previously had the car serviced here and, again, they didn't suggest or perform service, which apparently to others it so clearly needed.

I am not a mechanic, so my bad for not insisting on service, but isn't that why we take our car regularly to a mechanic? I'll rely on others in the area.

Came to change a headlight bulb of my Ford Edge. The service is awesome although the prices a little high. Nevertheless, I know I had a great deal that day. I was greed it by the most friendly customer relations "Jet Johnson". He is the pet at the dealer, and he is the nicest dog that you can encounter at a business place.He kept me entertained while waiting. Mr. Johnson passed by and he said to me" He is our customer relations" and boy he is!
I'm not sure because there is a pet there, but all their employees are so nice and down to earth. I love their service and their friendliness.
The entire service costed me 97 bucks, but also know that the new car models are different when you need to change the light bulb, ( which I am sure others know how to change it, but my car light bulb cost 50 bucks or so and that is not my line of expertise) when I paid I went outside and my car was washed so I was happy to see that someone cleaned my exterior. So thank you Ford for doing that!
I will make sure to send a toy to Jet. When you go there bring a dog toy, Jet loves them but they don't last that long.

I showed up early unannounced when my truck was not running properly. I had zero expectations to be taken care of arriving early, but the whole team took care of every issue in a matter of two days. Bill at the counter ALWAYS called me back and kept me updated when he said he was going to. My truck is running great again and Johnson’s took the stress out of planning my work week. Thank you!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Worse service ever!! Messing with things in a motor they weren’t authorized to touch. Then forgets to reassemble the motor correctly. Sean McGee the manager could care less. Thoroughly disgusted!! Do not trust.
