I absolutely love and adore this place. They have something for everyone. I have consistently found classes that meet me where I am at and help me on my fitness and health journey. The staff here is phenomenal. Everyone from the instructor teaching the class to the person at the front desk checking you in makes your day so much better.

There are only positive things to write about these studios. Each class is thoughtfully and creatively designed by dedicated coaches who bring their own unique personalities and teaching styles while staying true to the Energy Barre philosophy of focus, support, community, and fun. I've never felt stronger, more flexible, healthier, or more energized in my life. I'm so grateful to have found a place that truly inspires and motivates me. All classes are suitable for all levels, so don't hesitate to give it a try. I've only had excellent instructors and especially recommend Julianna, Beth, Jen, Alison, Ali, Gina and Katie.

Yoga at the Energy Barre offers a practice that is accessible to all - levels. Each instructor leads with care and service to every body that comes into the studio. Having started in my Yoga journey 6 years ago at The Energy Barre, I came in as a novice and found each class to be as rewarding as it was challenging. The variety of Yoga classes are wonderful whether you are looking to restore or explore. Barre and fitness classes are also offered so you can really find something that works for you. I will also say that the instuctors exude warmth and passion for what they do and postive and up lifting community is reflected in all the smiling faces that enter and exit the studio doors.

I recently booked a class through ClassPass. The class description did not mention it was heated yoga, which I would never have signed up for had I known. After attending the class, I provided feedback, and the studio updated the description to include that it was heated.

I then signed up for a different class that did not mention being heated, but it turned out to be heated again. I spent the majority of the class in the waiting area despite attending the beginning and end of it, and then I submitted feedback to the studio, hoping they would improve their description to prevent people like me from unknowingly signing up for heated yoga. They responded by attributing the heat to the summer weather outside, despite the room being much hotter than the outside.

Following my feedback, the studio informed me that I was removed from the class, and I was subsequently charged a $17 no-show fee by ClassPass despite attending.

I was a long-time client (since 2015) before becoming an instructor in 2021. I have taken barre classes at other places but nothing compared to the community feel of the Energy Barre! I'm still a client even though I don't need to be. I'm someone who takes a class mostly based upon time and don't look too closely at the format or instructor. I have been very impressed by the consistency and quality of classes across various formats, instructors, and studios! Additionally, the hot studio and the variety of yoga classes make purchasing class credits/membership packages a great value.

I’ve been taking classes on and off at the energy barre for almost 10 years. I can’t recommend the EB team enough! From Julianna, to the instructors to the front desk staff. Every class is welcoming, flexible, and customizable. The signage encourages you to experience the classes at your comfort level. Instructors give modifications, feedback, and check in. Highly recommend!
