My fav place to go! I have done 2 courses on watercolor and going for my 3rd one , I’ve learned so much since they always change the curriculum, every class is a new technique! And every week I’m looking forward for the class. Tal Ullmann is an excellent professional, she knows so much and I love her way of teaching.

We had such a wonderful experience with the Art Studio, taking a private family class in Central Park! We only had two days in the city and had a set itinerary and Kaspar was so communicative and flexible in setting up the specific day and time that I had open. He was also generous in doing a zoom meeting to discuss what we wanted to get out of the class and where we wanted to do it, also considering back up plans at a museum if weather didn’t cooperate (but luckily it did). Our instructor/artist, Clem, was very understanding when we were a few minutes late and had the perfect set up with a beautiful view for us to paint and even a sax musician was playing in the background. It was magical. Clem was super sweet with my two daughters (age 8 and 11) and did a great job keeping us on pace but also allowing us to spend time being creative and adding our own touches to our paintings. We loved our masterpieces and this will be a memory we always cherish! Thank you so much, Clem, Kaspar and the Arts Studio!

SO glad I discovered The Art Studio NY online! It’s perfect for me & I always look forward to going to my classes .. their fun & can be challenging, but that’s what holds my interest! That makes me want to always come back & experience the joy of making art! I just finished my second course w/Clem I did abstract acrylic last Fall & just ended w/flower water color ... Clem is a terrific teacher & looking forward to signing up for another class with her! Thank you for being there for us !

i participated in the beginner drawing class with molly and it was wonderful! over 5 sessions we learned basics in a small group setting. each hour was incredibly impactful where we learned about the various mediums, focused on observation and learned techniques like shading and vanishing points. i have already signed up again for another series of classes because i enjoyed it that much. highly recommended!

I threw a painting party for my 5 year old's birthday. It was a great event! Emilee was great to work with, answered all my questions in a timely manner and was quick to resolve any issues I had with empathy and resolve. Luke was a great instructor. Very energetic and patient with a bunch of unruly 5 year olds. I couldn't have had a better experience.

I took the acrylic beginner’s workshop. This was such a great experience! I’ll definitely be coming back for other classes for other mediums. So worth the money/time!
