This is the best auto shop I've been to, hands down. They fit me in last minute, on multiple accounts, while continuing to troubleshoot some engine issues with my Volvo (over the holidays, nonetheless). The front flex pipe of my exhaust system rusted out and split off from the rest of the exhaust system causing my 2008 Mercury Milan to sound like a grumpy jet engine.
I found Tech Auto Service in Woburn online, called them at 7:45 AM Monday morning, talked with Maurice who said “Come on in. Will you need a ride back home?”
I’m a senior citizen living alone, and yes, I did need a ride home. At 1:45 PM, Maurice called and told me the work was done (a torch was needed to free up some bolts), including getting an inspection sticker - and again asked if I needed a ride to his shop.
The price was fair and within a half a day, I was back on the road. Super service; cordial and efficient. Will definitely return.
What a relief to find such a well run shop.
