I am in my early 60s spoiled myself with cars and trucks starting at 18 yrs old. This was the best buying experience ever fast efficient no pressure. My salesman Sean was great as well as Curtis the finance person. Would only recommend tasca than any other dealer. Thank you Tasca Mazda .

It’s been almost a month now and I’ve been waiting for them to ask me to leave a review. Had a great experience with the sales department. Not such a great experience with Mazda service. I had an appointment that I made 3 weeks in advance. It took more than 45 minutes to check my car in and get a loaner. The assistant service manager was checking me in and asked me at least 3 times why I was there. I finally asked if I could text or email the information. I was a little bit annoyed. Having not heard from them by 5:15pm, I called the service department to see if my car was ready. They didn’t know and were to assume that it would be ready the next day. On the next day, early afternoon, I received a text with a video and assumed I was told that my car was ready. I attempted to call the Mazda service department but was told someone would call me back. I waited over an hour, heard nothing so I decided to drive there. I arrived and noticed my car in the service lot. Went in to speak to someone and again had to wait. After about 20 minutes, I went and told the same person I saw the day prior, I was there to pick up my car and gave my name. As he searched through the disaster of papers on his desk, I waited and waited. He left the area 3 times and still nothing. Although, I could see my keys sitting right there on his desk. At this point, I was so upset, I had to walk away. I went and found the nice salesman that I purchased the car from. I vented all my concerns to him and then apologized that I was so upset. It was just horrible customer service for someone with a brand new car and first time service. In understanding that they are under construction and are working out of a smaller area, I can sympathize with that. But to someone that has been in the business of customer service for over 35 years, that would make me want to make the service delivered that much better. I am over my rant now, yes. Will I return there for service, not sure. Only the future will tell

Excellent experience! I worked with Tommy to purchase an CX-50 hybrid. He was Incredibly responsive and friendly. They communicated in a timely manner, were present and accommodating when I came in, and they listened and followed through. Tommy was the best! Highly recommend! I ended up purchasing a car through them.

We visited Taska’s Seekonk location in the market for a Mazda before the Christmas holiday. As soon as we walked into the dealership we felt comfortable and relaxed. We were welcomed by Christine and while the car we had hoped to test was at a different location she worked to ensure she found a car as comparable as possible for us to drive. We loved the vehicle and were able to drive it off the lot within 2 hours! Christine was knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful in walking us through the entire process of trading in our current vehicle and getting into a new one. There was absolutely no pressure which made the experience extremely relaxed and comfortable. Rob Lewis walked us through the financing with no hidden costs and made for a seamless purchase. After several stressful experiences at other dealerships, we would recommend Tasca, Christine and Rob a thousand times over!
