TJ is about as unprofessional as you can get. He has had our boat for 2 years trying to fix it! He doesn't return phone calls, doesn’t have email, and basically has no idea what he’s doing. We had to drive to Worcester to get an engine for our boat because we were afraid he wasn’t going to get it in time and it would be gone. That was 3 weeks ago. He still hasn’t returned our call to see if he fixed the leak he said was in it after he “fixed” it. This guy is terrible. Buyer beware!

I beg anyone in Otis to stay away from T&C. TJ is unprofessional and dishonest. He has had our boat for 5 years! He was supposed to drain the water out of our engine and winterize it. Without exaggerating, we called over a half of dozen times, left multiple voicemails and stopped by hoping to catch him. He was never there nor did he respond to any messages. We finally stopped by when he was there and we asked to have our boat removed from his property and he told us we needed to pay him storage fees. I asked what the fee was and said I would pay it on the spot. He told me he needed to ask his wife and he would call me back. AGAIN HE NEVER CALLED BACK. Also, We never asked him to store it and he have known that if he answered or responded to any of our calls! I also know someone who had a repair done by him and when they stopped by to see what was taking so long they saw all there engine parts apart just sitting in the dirt. If you like your watercraft and want what's best for it. STAY AWAY. bring it to southwick.

Recently had TJ at T&C marine customize a cover for my Bennington pontoon boat. The cover is much better than the one that came with the boat and fits like a glove. Price was a great value.

I am currently using them for mechanical work needed on my boat, and so far their work has been great and on time.

I recently had an issue on otis Rez where my engine wouldn’t start. With no official tow companies on this lake, I was stuck.

I called TJ and he arranged a tow for us, so my kids could get to a virtual dance class.

I plan to use them to store my boat over the winter and will have te piece of mind that it will be in good hands.

I would highly recommend T&C for any boat repair, enhancements, storage, or anything else.

Glad to have these guys around to help.
