Lastnight we ate here. I had eaten the one in Warner Robins and was very impressed… this location was nothing like my first experience. The restaurant itself was not very clean or appealing to the customer. The counter and containers holding the food were very messy. The staff didn’t great us and hardly spoke. Just looked at us assuming we knew what they were wanting us to say next. I could t understand the girl who fixed mine or my sons food so i got nachos with the chips in a bag and toppings in a Togo plate. When she fixed his i knew what she meant and i asked her to do his like normal. Our plates were covered in food and sauce from their gloves and the prep station. The tables had not been cleaned or wiped down on top, the seats or the floor underneath. It was 7:30 and i realize it was a bit later than the normal rush but i was so disappointed in our experience bc i had bragged so much to my family about how good it was. I hope these issues will be addressed.

My experience at this location was awful. Workers seemed as though they hate their job and taking orders was inconveniencing them. Aside from that, this location was so messy. There was food all over the food station, the floor, and seating area. The bathrooms were gross. And the ice machine had mold surrounding it, I can’t even imagine what the inside of the drink machine looked like. Would not recommend this place.

Staff was friendly. They weren’t sure about rice being vegan and had to ask someone else (I guess I’ll find out later). Vegan options were veggies (no tofu). Country music was the vibe going on here. Food was pretty good. I liked their various choices of hot sauces!

Spent almost $80 at this location and had my order delivered, food was good, however.. I ordered a small and a large queso dip and only got the small. As much as it cost to eat here, I would appreciate it if whoever making the orders would read and verify that the customer gets what they purchased. If it's not the queso being left off, it's the salsa! I'm really getting frustrated with this location. Do better surcheros!

I ordered on line for a quick pick up. My food was ready,and the burrito I ordered tasted pretty good. It was sort of typical fare, like a Moe’s or Chipotle. No complaints. The bathroom definitely needed tending. The chips were a little stale, and the oil didn’t taste fresh. Even so, out the door for about $9, I was satisfied.

Great place. We were on our way to Orlando from Atlanta. Very good food. They are very generous, fresh ingredients, the meats are cooked perfectly, authentic flavor. The service was great and the staff very kind. We loved it. I wish they had one close to Atlanta.

I have been in food service for many years! I understand a big call in order but to have two customers stand in front of you and wait over 10 minutes for you to FINISH the big order is absurd. One order of nachos is what I was getting! You had plenty of help to pass on through my one order! Kinda felt like discrimination, actually!

I like the service and people who serve. They give you great portion sizes. They also do military discount. Use the app the collect points. One to go bowl is basically two meals. You get free guacamole as well. Chips are free. Salsa is free.
