I've been going to these guys for a very long time with all of my tinting needs and they always get the job done perfectly. More recently I've tried tinting myself and while side windows are fairly easy back windows continue to be very challenging. After a few attempts I brought my GTR down and let the professionals handle it. 35% ceramic and the installation is flawless. A+ highly recommend.

In a world like today, people want quick solutions and have no patience for lazy people who can't even get out of their chairs to get a quote. You pay for quick solutions. Here's a tip for the owner: The customer is always right. I had a problem with my stereo and you asked me to ask where I bought it. I told you, I bought it online, and need to have it fixed. Even without customers and 1 hour left on your clock, you preferred to let me out with your dollars on hand and despise your laziness or lack of customer service. I don’t recommend

I was in an accident recently and had my car repaired at American Auto, right next door. They work with Sunroof sound & security for their tinting so I didn't have a choice of getting my windows tinted here. I needed my passenger side window tinted and the top few inches of my windshield needed to be redone after the accident. The strip across the windshield is noticeably crooked and looks like they free handed it instead of using a straight edge to cut it before installing it. The passenger side window has a lot of bubbles in it (after more than a month) and there is something that looks like a hair or piece of string that is about 3 inches long underneath the tint, which is very annoying to look at. Since I didn't pay for the work I didn't complain about it to them but I am not happy with how it came out. Maybe the shop did a poor job because I didn't pay for it directly the autobody shop did but either way it doesn't look great, I would have it redone if I paid for it myself

Took my work van to have an alarm and remote start put in and the remote start doesn't work with my phone. I called customer service of the brand installed and they told me it was an issue with installation, so I called Miguel and he don't have time to speak to you so you leave a voicemail at there request and never get a call back. Then I figured a year later to try again because he was the closest place to me to fix an issue of audio working on the right side of my truck but not the left side and they call me tank tell me they fixed it just needed to change buttons on thr audio plant and now the music works on the left but not the right! Place is a waste of your money travel elsewhere and save your time and money

Scheduled an appointment left $100 cash with them for my son's car we had an ice storm I was unable to get from my town over an hour away get my son's car there in the morning for them so I called to reschedule and they said no it'll be another $100 so we now booked with another place more reputable place I tried and tried they wouldn't come to any reasoning to let me reschedule so I would not recommend anybody give them business

I wish I could give an "incomplete" rating, because the lack of communication at this place made it impossible to get work done. Ana quoted one price in email after being asked for all the details of my car, then didn't honor the price when I confirmed before I scheduled getting the work done - and was told they'd get me the "new" price & get back in touch. Never happened, never returned emails, wouldn't answer the phone. So be it - doesn't really inspire much confidence in the place when you can't even get a quote.
