I recently needed a tire repair. The gentleman, Jeff, that I met at the desk was so friendly. He walked out to my car to make sure they could fix my issue. He happily said "no problem". I left my car there so they could mount the tire too. I received a phone call within 2 hours letting me know its all set. I picked it up after work and was happy with the outcome. Very reasonably priced and they left the back of my SUV cleaner than when I arrived. Great experience for sure. I'll be back.

Apparently, even a state inspection (which from past experiences at other garages takes at most 30 minutes) takes AT LEAST 3 hours. I understand that with a "first come, first serve" type of service, there is no guarantee to be addressed immediately, but that is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for my car to be inspected. And it's a good thing I called the shop after dropping it off, because even though I was told I would get a call when it was finished, I had no idea it was complete until I called the store myself.

The damage shown happened during a seasonal tire swap. It was felt that the wheel was dropped onto the trailer-hitch receiver when they took it out of the trunk as there was fresh damage there as well (see photo). The manager told me it was drivable while they worked with their claims person. After delays in action on their part, I had Tesla look and tell me it was unsafe. Wheel/tire replacement cost there $2258.69. After over 6 months, they eventually decided to deny liability despite photo and video evidence to the contrary. They did not save their own camera footage despite my bringing the damage to their attention within 40 minutes. So, passing the blame onto their insurance is just another level of of proof that their customer support has become low since the sale.

I went to Sullivan Tire for an oil change and found the experience to be slower than expected. Despite a scheduled appointment, my car wasn’t brought in for more than an hour, with the entire appointment taking over two hours. When I checked in, after the first hour, I was told that it would be another 3+ hours. I reiterated that this was not a drop off, but a scheduled appointment. At no point, did the staff offer an update or apology for the inconvenience. If you decide to go, just be prepared for the possibility of a longer wait time.
