My first visit to Studio East's workshop called “Spa Night” was amazing. It was not merely a yoga class; it was a sanctuary of serenity, a refuge from the chaos of everyday life. I found this session to be a unique fusion of tranquility and rejuvenation. I have never done yoga before, but I have a ton of experience in self-hypnosis and guided hypnosis, which is meditative as well. The yoga poses here were simple and restorative rather than challenging, which allowed for me to focus my mind on the meditative aspect rather than the skill of doing a yoga class. I felt surrounded by like-minded individuals, a restorative vibe permeating the room, and a skilled instructor. Definitely felt a moment of connection and reflection and will be back!

Studio East is a gem! I’d say a best keep secret of Worcester County, not just Uxbridge. The entire studio is designed with both salon and yoga experiences in mind. Top notch stylists and yoga instructors make this a great place to treat yourself and practice self care.

My mom and I just finished having our hair done for my wedding today and we couldn’t be more impressed. Frank and the ladies were professional, attentive to detail, and friendly. We are from out of town and they made us feel right at home. I can only give 5 stars but I wish I could give 10.
