I don’t like to complain and my mother would not approve of me doing this but I also don’t agree with my mom being taken advantage of. We have spent a lot of money there. We picked the car up once and returned it because nothing was fixed after leaving the car for a couple weeks of course they got paid over $1000 or close to $1500 I have the receipts. We leave it again another couple of weeks, but after this attempt our keys were left in the car for us to pick it up and they left the garage before we got there. Nothing was fixed and we drove home chancing not making it home. Sure they replaced parts because it’s a guessing game sometimes with mechanics but why not fix the problem. My biggest concern is they won’t contact us back after I’ve left messages with people and answering machines. Now I have also sent them Facebook messages that get read and unanswered. I’m not irate but i would love to know why they would ignore me and my 76 year old mother that just paid them good money.i understand people get busy but it’s been a month or longer and after many attempts and they don’t want to answer. I see they post they have a one year warranty on parts/labor but how do they honor that?

Awesome business!! My father trusted his vehicles to them for many, many years before he introduced them to me around 2015. Brent and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, ethical and reliable. It’s always a great, stress-free, experience. The work is excellent and the costs are more than reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Worst experience of my entire life. Pin on the brake pedal was never secured after a break booster installation. Had to take it back 3 times to get the repair fixed and by that time everything about the brakes needed replacement. In fact it broke down on the trip back to New Jersey. I am normally not one to complain but wanted the locals to know what they are dealing with. There were many problems from the work they did.

They took care of my test tired and breaks. Didn't get upset that i have them tire size for our other car in accident. Definitely going to be bringing the car back since it's having other issues at this time.

Thank you so much for the work done on my Xterra. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing work done!!! They are very nice, and do the work in a timely manner. I have forgot the name of the gentleman that did the work, but he did a wonderful job. My husband was very happy with the results. I will be going here for all my car problems.

Went here to have brakes changed on a Mustang. They got my car in the same day i called. Seemed to be very knowledgeable a d friendly. Fast service. Was a little pricey, though i haven't had anymore issues since. So far i would say it was worth the $$.

My brother who is in Kentucky for school trusted this place to fix his vehicle. We initially paid $400 to have some lines/hoses replaced. The part was less than $100 so naturally the rest of the cost was for labor. He gets the car back, smoking due to "the leaks," only to be told that another part has to be replaced for $800. As mechanics and people who are supposed to know these things, im not pleased with the service. I spoke to the owner and his "could care less" attitude was very less than professional. I was even told and I quote "i don't care if I fix it or not!" I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place on earth to get a car fixed. I would walk first. Lacks professionalism and good customer service. I would've given ZERO stars if it was an option.

Amazing service!! We came in under the direct recommendation of FastChange Pikeville, looking to get brakes serviced. Between checking in and paying for the repair was 90 minutes, clocked. Very clean and family friendly waiting area, with vending machines and very compassionate staff. They will treat you like family. Don’t toy around, tinker, or look too hard or pay sticker shock on brand name places. Go here and be amazed. Yours truly, a full time RN/Dad.
