Awesome customer service. Willing to work with me on getting the part I needed quickly and was able to fit me into delivery route. I was unable to get to them before closing due to time difference. Hard to find a company or business that takes care of you like a friend,but this place made me feel taken care of and confident I was getting quality and comfortable I was being treated fairly. Will be getting this part on my car and should be back on the road. Couldn't be happier. If no update, this comment stands.

When I came in, I initially met with a young sales rep, who wasn’t sure what he was doing. Minutes later, Mr. Sternberg himself comes out, talks a big game says they will get back to me the next day with a quote on my used commercial truck they never called back and when I reached out again, they said it was probably just the holiday weekend and they would get back to me. Weeks later no callback no response. This solidifies the greasy salesman that they truly are. I’ll talk no show. I used a dealership down the road that was prompt and quick with their service. Uebelar and son if you’re looking for a better place and dealership to go to.

I believe in a man’s word but I learned it doesn’t work that way there. Very poor !!!!!!! When I’m told I have a 3 year Warranty that is what I expect. They don’t tell you that jasper transmission doesn’t cover essential workers motors and transmission . Lead you to believe it’s under warranty . Only to blame it on them . Spent a chunk of money there . Learned my lesson . Definitely list this customer for future business .

Service is great! Always know I'm getting quality work done. It can be pricey. But you pay for what you get and it shows here. They treat you with respect and the gentleman at the service desk is always a pleasure to speak with, others in the same room I can't say the same about. But I will continue to bring my autos here!

Drove to jasper on a whim ended up stopping at this dealership and coming home with a very nice truck. The staff was absolutely amazing!!! WE will be back!! Thank you all for a very fun Saturday afternoon and treating our 11 year old boy very well during this process.
