Iv been using Stemen Automotive regularly for I would say 3 months. When Googled an Automotive repair shop near loogootee Stemen popped up. I read the reviews and then I asked a couple local friends of mine and the reviews and personal experiences weren't good. But I was in a bind and had no choice, they said they could get the parts I needed and get the repair fixed in the time frame I needed. Iv continued to use them and they hvnt let me down yet. I'm glad I went ahead and used them against the negative feedback that others hv given them. I highly recommend Stemen Automotive to anyone. I feel there workmanship and prices are excellent. They go above and beyond to makes things rite.

Took vehicle there for a no crank/no start. Was told the TIPM (fuse box) was bad. Had a different fuse box installed and they say it's good to go. Wife goes to pick it up and it's not cranking or starting still. They left her sitting out there with the van while someone was supposed to check it. 15 minutes later she went back in and the counter person didn't even recognize her and treated her as if she had walked in for the first time. Next day I spoke with Stemen about the van and they said it's starting now. I asked what it was and they said they think the ignition switch is bad or failing. But I thought it was the TIPM? Misdiagnosed from the start. They did not mention or offer anything as far as money back or split difference or anything in return for my wasted money. Would not recommend. New business so I figured I'd give them a shot. Really wish I had went elsewhere.

Unless you like spending money on unnecessary items to fix your vehicle I wouldn't take it here. They play guessing games when it comes to fixing things and then tell you they don't know anything about why your vehicle is even there. They've been a big waste of time and quit the joke when it comes to automotive repair.

Did not get my families vehicle fixed after weeks of saying this or that is wrong the issue is still not fixed and she is pouring money into fixing things but the vehicle stoll doesn't run correctly.
