One of the best places to take vehicles for a MA State Inspection. My wife and I have brought our cars here for multiple years and have always had a great experience. I also have an EV and I've found the owner to have greater familiarity with the nuances of inspecting those; using pucks, ensuring in proper mode for jacking up, etc. I do bring my own pucks, although, he does have some if you don't. Clearly experience with both Tesla's and Rivians based on discussions with him.

I went in to see Mark Orlando for my inspection sticker, great guy!
Brian at State Street Auto is the best, he is honest and his prices are way more than fair. He let me know on my last vehicle that he could do the work but it would be very expensive and it would likely be just a " bandaid" and I was better off, driving it as long as I could safely and save up for a newer car. Which is exactly what I did, he could have made 2,000 $ and I would have gladly paid it, but, he is just a great person.

I went there for the state inspection. It's first come first serve so I had to wait for about an hour and then the inspection itself took about 15-20 minutes. The cost is $35 (probably the same everywhere). Other than the long wait time, everything else was fine.

Slow. Which wouldn’t be the worst, but they’re also dishonest about the wait. If you’re still going to bring your car here, double the wait time they tell you and they know they’re being dishonest - I called and they gave me an estimate, I brought the car in 1 MIN after the call and they increased the estimated wait. Then the actual wait was even longer. So it’s not like it was just an honest mistake.

Been going there for years. They get your car in and out quickly. Excellent service. Told Me to replace my tires. Vehicle passed inspection. New rules for you to wait in your car until your vehicle can be inspected for covid protocol.

Super fast, professional, and nice. Also has some very cool photographs of Westborough from circa 1950 inside the store. Was in and out without an appointment in < 30 minutes. Will use their service again, and would recommend it to others in the area.
