Stacy Repair is phenomenal, both from a professional and customer service standpoint.

Rob is not only incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, but trustworthy and honest. He's upfront about diagnosing problems and potential issues with your vehicle and giving you different avenues to a solution, but never tries to upsell or pressure you on services you don't need. You receive updates and photos about your service via text while it's happening, which is super convenient when you can't always take a phone call to hear a detailed report, and they're organized and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issues at hand.

I don't feel compelled to write reviews often, but this place deserves every bit of praise- I don't think I will ever go to another mechanic again. Thank you Rob and crew!

Best mechanic in the area, he's been working on my cars for years. I'm a middle-aged woman and he treats me with respect and honesty, That's a great plus, let me tell you. Appointments are very important and it's a small shop so sometimes there's a wait to get things done, but I'll wait for good, honest service.

We have a college student in Worcester and she was having pretty bad car issues - stalling while driving etc. Not being from the area I had no idea what to do. I got Stacy Repair’s name when I asked on a parent page for the school and they were highly recommended. I checked them out and I liked what I read! Rob went far above and beyond what a garage does for cars! He put my mind at ease about being sure the car would be in great shape when she got it back. Very reasonable prices and even took it to get inspected since we had let it expire! Yikes! I can’t recommend them enough. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option. Great service and communication! I would not take my car anywhere else. Honest and reasonable every time.
I have been going to Rob for years with all different cars and he is always very knowledgeable and gives options if there are any. I have had from basic oil changes to suspension work done. Him and his staff have always been accommodating in emergencies and the turn around is always fast.
I have recommended him to many people and no one has been disappointed. Can't say enough good things!

The most honest mechanic I've ever met. Very good service, friendly, and great work. I used to have a diesel car and Rob would let me know when he could do the work and when I would be best going to the dealership. Can't recommend Stacy Repair more. Six Stars!

I have been meaning to put a review for well over a year. I stumbled into Stacy's because my usual place was closed.....and boy am I glad they were. Rob is the ultimate professional, explains what needs to be done, and so far as I have seen, does it at a reasonable price. Soft spoken and honest, Rob will list out all that needs to be done (if multiple issues exist) and recommend order of having them done, according to your safety, not how much $$ he can make. If something needs to be done quickly, He will make every effort to squeeze you in as soon as possible...he is always busy but well worth the wait. Definitely found "My car guy"! Go see Rob, you will be happy you did!

Such a great place! Rob is a great guy! Just started using him as I grew tired of my usual mechanic! I had scheduled a repair with Rob and when it ended up needing to be fixed a lot sooner, he helped me out! I will definitely use Stacy's Repair again in the future!
