I would not even give them 1 star! on 11/5 the monitors alarm began to sound. He called immediately and the office manager said we must make a payment. At 1215 we made a payment of 312. I called to inform her I received my verification of payment and to turn off the constant alarm. She informed me she would turn it off when she felt like it laughed and hung up the phone. I emailed the owner of the company Mr. Harmon and have not gotten a response. It is now 11/6 and the alarm is still going off. You cannot get InTouch with ANYONE!

I cannot believe they are still allowed to have any type of involvement with a someone's previsions of bond or any legal matter. Their website does not have payment history, how much is your payment or any legal documents such as privacy or terms and conditions. I would not recommend this company to monitor ANYTHING!

The lady that answered the phone today was overly rude and unprofessional and blatantly unwilling to provide the information I asked her. She definitely is the wrong person to have answering the phones for any company, Obviously I’m at work and don’t have time to look for the information on papers given to me over a month ago. And obviously I would like to know why I’ve gotten 4 missed calls and three voicemails that have no information I have questions which is why I’m calling , If you don’t like your job get a new one.

I was treated like a hardened criminal.i had to stand there and be talked to like a second class citizen.they are on a power trip and tried to revoke my probation a few days before my year was up.during this year I lost my husband a combat veteran to complications of gulf war syndrome.then my mother became ill with cancer.this made it hard for me to make my appointments and so I was charged fees for moving the dates to come in.i had major dental work days before my time was up and I chastised for taking pain medication and made to pay 350.00 fine and 50.00 dollars to them.this is not how people should be treated.i am a widow and paying this money was a burden but I had to or gave a warrant for failure to pay.these are heartless people.
