I write as a customer who lives 5 hours away and was totally tired of my local dealerships BS! I will only ever buy my parts from Southside and I wish all Polaris dealerships took a page out of their book! Tyler in parts is incredible, he’s a joy to talk with and extremely patient with all of my questions. He always ships same day and I typically have the parts next day. Bruce always makes time to give me advice on my suspension setup and again extremely patient with all the questions! These folks have earned my business for a very long time!

Update; see new pix of Kawasaki Mule returned from SouthSide Sales and service with a newly installed windshield and oil change. White glove service all the way around. Picked up, kept in touch with me, speedy install and maintenance, prompt return of the Mule, freshly washed.

So far, amazing. Ask for Bruce Jr. Very kind, patient and attentive in the purchasing/ordering process.
Ordered that new 2021 Polaris Voyageur 600!!
Will post many pix for you all to feast your eyes on upon delivery.

Fast forward 10 days from initial deposit and this sled Did Arrive as quoted (2 weeks).

I was told by 4 prior dealerships on the east coast, that it was impossible to get one of these until Jan 2021 and November 2021. I started my search in Sept 2020.

Very kind, thorough and thoughtful team. The purchase process was fast, uncomplicated and our sled loaded onto trailer quickly.
I couldn’t believe the quantity of their sled selection. So many beautiful, new sleds in one location.

Loving this new sled!!! First time owning a new one in my life!!

A 2021 Kawasaki mule 4010.
This was an unexpected purchase. We had a 16 year old John Deere Gator Diesel. After the primary clutch, just died. It was a decision of put $1000 into a 16 year old machine or move on. We moved on. The John Deere Gator was a good machine. It withstood a lot of employee abuse.

We didn’t return to John Deere for another Gator for 4 reasons:
1) the price of parts.
2) the new gators are predominantly plastic accents.
3) the size of the bed/dump body was significantly smaller.
4) price is inflated, in my opinion, Paying for the name.

We did research many brands over the years knowing that the Gator’s life was nearing an end. We reviewed in depth, talked to people and read opinions on:
Kubota
John Deere
Kawasaki
Cadet
Bobcat

A factor on the brand was also where and whom we’d purchase from.

I wanted a positive, honest, fair experience. So we returned to SouthSide Sales and Service.

From deposit on 3/1/21 to arrival, it took 7 days. They had other models on site. When we expressed our preferences in a side X side, they never doubted us, talked us out of our preferences. Just happily placed the order.

Bruce Jr is a solid, helpful and honest guy. Brandon in sales was wonderful on updates on the Mule’s status in the short 7 days we waited.
