After searching online for a piano school, I came across South Shore Piano School and was happy that I did. Jonathan reached out to me, answered any questions I had and was very helpful in setting me up with my first lesson. You can tell he is passionate about the school and his students. I had a lesson with Ervino and he was great! He was patient and knowledgeable. Overall it was a wonderful learning experience and I would recommend this school!

My girls are thriving with Jonathan Roberts! He is patient, professional, kind, and incredibly talented. We feel like we hit the jackpot here. We have had many teachers over the past several years and are happy to finally stop looking. They are receiving a well rounded music education with a top tier music educator. They love practicing with the Practice Room app, too!

Good teaching environment. Excellent teachers. My daughter is very happy to study here. We are lucky to meet Teacher Zhao. There is a small concert every 2 weeks, and the children are making progress every day.

My two children take lessons with Miss Margaret at South Shore Piano School. I am beyond impressed with the style to use motion, songs, and games to engage my youngest child. Also Miss Margaret has such a positive attitude at all times, even when my eldest child is upset about his mistake she reassures him that he is doing great and encourages him to never give up! To top it off the owner of the Company Jonathan is extremely helpful in scheduling, communication, and more. Joining South Shore Piano School is like joining a family. I'm so glad we found them and my children are already learning so much!

A friend whose children have attended the South Shore Music Conservatory for years recommended SSPS to me, as I live more on the Quincy/Milton side, noting that the owner was formerly the head of the piano department there.

So far, my experience has been very positive. My email exchanges with the owner Jonathan have been smooth: He covered extra miles to accommodate different needs and wants; and the trial lesson with Margaret was exceptional. Margaret is a kind and patient teacher who connects well with kids, and her expertise in theory and performance is impressive. Jonathan is a talented musician himself and also a compassionate and really effective leader.

Although it’s still early, I feel a strong connection with SSPS. I’ll provide an update after the summer camp (8/19-23) and once our sessions officially start in the fall.

Our son takes lesson with Ms. Margaret, who is ever so sweet and bubbly! She is very patient with my son who likes to bargain during lessons. She is very positive and fun. The lessons are engaging. Margaret is very thorough in her emails instructing what she wants our son to practice when he is at home every week. He enjoys his lessons. We are happy we found South Shore Piano school. Johnathan is very very responsive to the emails and requests.
