Amanda is amazing! I had so much fun my first class back in a long while. Very engaging, silly, and down to earth. She took the time to correct my movements and made sure I performed them safely. I am beyond thrilled to be included in such a space and can't wait to grow and connect with everyone. 10/10 recommend joining this atmosphere; and love the fact that there were all ages of people.

I attended the Intro to Pole Basics with Nicole in Hartford and I was so happy that I finally took the plunge and made it into the studio to give it a try! We had a thorough mobility warm up and by the end of the class we had worked up to a basic routine, by learning some steps and putting them together. The poles are able to be adjusted to be still or to spin. It actually looked pretty good because Nicole is a very skilled teacher. If you are curious, you should not hesitate! The other women in attendance were friendly and seemed satisfied with the experience as well. It was time and money well spent. I feel well-prepared for entering Level 1.

I absolutely love Soul Pole! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and warm, thanks to the amazing instructor, Nicole. She creates such a supportive and fun environment, making each class feel both comfortable and exciting. The warm-ups are challenging, but in such a fun and unique way, and the pole work provides a great full-body workout that doesn’t feel like a traditional gym routine! I’ve only been to the Hartford location, but I’m sure the Springfield location is just as amazing. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking to try something new!

I had my Bachelorette at their Springfield location. It was an awesome experience! We had Jess as our instructor and she was so encouraging and informative. Highly recommend coming here!!! I definitely will be keeping this place in mind for any future events.

I went to the intro to pole class at the Springfield location. I was nervous since it was my first time in a pole class and I have no history of dancing or anything. It was a great environment- very welcoming and I had so much fun!

The class was a great workout, and it was a supportive/safe environment. It was a wonderful switch up to my routine, and I will be taking many more classes. Good music, good energy from the instructor and others in the space. It was clean, and well structured.
