If you have fitness goals, need a community of women to do life with, or looking for fun/challenging classes this is the place for you! Your first class is free so you have nothing to loose. You wont regret giving it a try. Soul Fitt has something for everyone at all different fitness levels. I personally love the Soul Funk class which is a cardio dance class and the weight lifting classes. Mostly I enjoy meeting others and not having to exercise alone. Love my Soul Fitt family!

Soul Fitt offers many different fitness classes, including strenth training, cardio dance, yoga, and kickboxing. The coaches are TOP NOTCH, and the atmosphere couldn't be more inviting. The coaches, and all the members, are supportive and they encourage you to show up for yourself. What a great group of ladies!! I just finishes a 6 Week Shred Challenge and lost 8 inches IN 6 WEEKS! BTW - first class is free.

Soul Fitt is exactly what I had been searching for. From Erica the owner, to Kayla my coach and all the other women who are a part of this family. Everyone truly cares how you are in every way. Support is provided not only for fitness, but nutrition as well. This is the first time I’ve stayed with a plan past 3 months. I have so much fun, I don’t want to stop! This is not your typical gym; Erica, the owner, cares about her clients; the care doesn't stop after you sign up and pay. She's the real deal and so are the other coaches. Kayla is a really good teacher, so if you've had trouble following other workouts, you should try her class, she knows how to teach; and she's funny, which really helps when you're trying to get through a tough workout. I'm so glad I found Soul Fitt! So much better than other gyms I've been to. Not only has it helped me improve my physical health, but also my mental and emotional health, which are just as important. Thank you Erica & Kayla!

I joined Soul Fitt at the beginning of the year and I love it! Working out alone on a treadmill or elliptical is boring, so I enjoy the group classes and the variety that is offered. The classes are challenging and seem to go by quickly when you have actually been working out for 50 minutes! The instructors are friendly and very helpful. I also have joined the 12 month nutritional coaching with Erica. She is a great coach and encourager and goes far above what many coaches would do. She helps you figure things out and does not leave you on your own. I look forward to my journey this year to get healthier and stronger both physically and spiritually with the help of Erica, the support staff and the great members at Soul Fitt.

I joined Soul Fitt in April 2017, I will never go to a gym again. Classes are held through out the day. The schedule caters to all different types of schedules. The instructors are really amazing. They become involved with every individual and make the working out experience amazing.
