I wish I could give this 5 stars because Katie was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately the photos are overexposed. We knew we would be getting unedited photos. I was fine with that thinking I would maybe just have to tweak the ones I wanted to print. Unfortunately, all of them need to be corrected. I am an amateur at best and do not have the skills to correct over 200 images therefore I am now needing to seek a professional to pay to fix them.
Again, her attitude, the moments she captured, and the amount of photos she took were all amazing. I'm just really sad they are so overexposed. I'm not sure it would have helped, but I do wish I had asked to see a pic on the camera at the beginning of the night.

I will definitely be using the Snappr app for future photo shoots. Our photographer Katie E. was great. She was responsive with our children and let them have a choice in what locations they would like to be photographed in. Our photos turned out amazing!!

Recently used Snappr for the first time. Pleasantly surprised with the whole experience from the online reservation with upfront pricing to the quality of the digital images. Our photographer, Katie, was great! I especially appreciated that she brought the photo studio to us--backdrop, lighting, and newborn props.
Would recommend trying out the service and will definitely use Katie again when we are in need of another photographer.

Mark and Lori were great to work with! They had fantastic ideas for the photo shoot and also let me give suggestions; they accommodated my choice for location, and used the scenery and sun/shade and landscape well. The images turned out super and really captured the moment of me having fun with my dog...Just what I was looking for 🙂 I will treasure them forever 🙂 Thank you.

They have THE WORST customer service! It takes days to get a reply or a real person to speak with!!! I had a wedding reschedule and it took 7 days to get a call or response. I am waiting on photos for business. I needed to access them for business but can't access my account and no one is working today according to the site. I had not had a problem before COVID. Now I am looking for an alternative to this company .

Situation has been resolved. Manna David was very helpful and took care of my concerns.
