Took 2 hrs to replace 1 tire even though I had an appointment for 2 weeks. 1st available appointment even though I was told the day earlier that there was no wait at all. After I ordered the tire, the story changed.The price was higher than what I was quoted, like always. My spare tire, jack and other tools weren't stored away properly in the trunk after the tire repair. The Ford tire price match never happens despite your promise. Always some excuse, like we need the item #. Other business don't share and don't have an item#. It's Ford's scam to get out of the price match "guarantee". I always bring a clear printout with all available info on the tire. Got screwed out of the Ford gift card last time and the parts guy was kind enough to make it right with me after a prolonged fight. I don't do business with anyone I don't trust, so I have likely bought my last tires at Ford. Ford also didn't warranty my body rusting out 6 months after buying a brand new vehicle. They fixed it twice and said they'd never fix it again. Still had over a year left on the bumper to bumper warranty when it rusted out for the 3rd time. Ford refused to fix the 2 rusted out areas with over a year left on full warranty.Again, the rust 1st appeared within 6 months of buying the brand new car. The car came with obvious hail damage and scratches on almost every panel. Ford stripped down an identical car and switched all damaged parts instead of getting me a different car. Who wants a brand new car that has been almost totally stripped down and put back together? I've lost all confidence in Ford at this point.

Went to Quick Lane on my lunch break for an oil change. When I arrived there was 1 car in front of me, got checked in and told it would be a little over an hour. Went inside to the waiting area and had my lunch. After an hour and a half, I still had heard nothing. Went to check on the progress and my vehicle still had not moved from its original spot. Asked what was going on and how long it would be still. Nobody was able to tell me what was going on and it would still be over an hour wait. I left without my oil changed and no apologies or answers.

Went in for a simple oil change. Very quick, which was nice. When I walked to my car to leave, the guys in the shop all looked at me and smiled/laughed like they were suspicious of something. I didn't think anything of it. I get home and out of my car and notice they didn't fully put the undercarriage piece back on, so it was dragging. Of course I go right back and they were closed. Salesman was very nice and removed the piece all the way so it wasn't dragging and contacted Supervisor. I have to go back today so they can put the leave back on fully. Very, very inconvenient and disappointed on the service department for even allowing me to leave with that piece dragging.

I took my car in for service. After hearing the cost of repairs, decided to upgrade & trade for a newer vehicle. Met with sales & David Diaz was absolutely amazing!! He was so personable & great to work with. Everyone in the office was pleasant & made it a smooth process. I would highly recommend them!

A HUGE thank you to Chad and his employees for taking Veteran's Day to assist local veterans like me with various chores around the house. Thank you to Bree and David for taking their time to help me finish painting my shed. They did a fantastic job and were very kind. Not only that, but I also received a terrific thank you basket filled with numerous snack items, homemade food, a Sioux City Ford mug, and a homemade blanket which many of the employees helped make. You all have huge hearts, and I so very much appreciate everything.

I usually have no issues when getting an oils change. Yesterday they broke a hubcap when rotating my tires went through my glove box looking for something? The service guy manager did not even want to talk to me. Now my owners manual is missing. I left disgusted. Usually the service is great but not yesterday.

The team, is always nice friendly helpful professional and courteous. I have had great experiences with the pick up service, they provide. In my opinion best place that I can think of in town to have them service my vehicle.
