These people are 110% professional! I was stranded in the blizzard with a sensor that went bad and gave me power issues. They fit me in and diagnosed the problem and fixed it all in the same day and got me back on the road. i made it home (6 more hours away) safe. I will tell you i mean 110% professional. they will tell you EVERYTHING that is going on with your vehicle and want to fix it all. if you don't want it done right and you want to cut corners, then do not go here. if you want someone you can trust to do a great job then give them a call! They are not cheap and sleazy. They are reasonable and very decent! Honestly the best word i have to describe them is "professional" Thank you again Simpsonville Automotive!

Great service as usual. Had an engine problem with the car. Dropped it off overnight and kept moving. They kept me up to date on what they were finding and when they discovered that it would take longer than expected to make the repair, they offered me a loaner car, which I actually needed. Car runs and sounds great.

As usual, I had a wonderful experience at Simpsonville Automotive. I was having a major oil leak, and they helped me prove that it was the result of a previous oil change at a different location (a major department store in Shelbyville). Because of their expertise, I was able to get a full refund from the major department store for both the work at SA and the tow. Thanks, guys!

Woody and crew is the best! Took the Silverado in for an oil change, Lindsay called with updates of things found and recommended to fix. Not pushy, but definitely persuasive on upkeep and maintenance on work vehicles being used daily. Definitely aren’t the cheapest, and always spend more than anticipated, however, the long term goal is to have vehicles on the road for a long time making money. So spend now, take care of them, and they’ll take care of us. But also, customer service is fantastic. Woody even took and got the truck hosed off from the bird poop on the driver side door! Worth the price for peace of mind that my techs will be safe in properly working vehicles. Oh, forgot to mention, we even earned $5 for Amazon! Whoot whoot!
