Not going to lie, not what I expected after being referred here by many. First the man there was being pushy about how I was asking for too much work before they needed to have their lot resealed the next day. Okay, cool, I mentioned how I was okay with them keeping the car for a while to have extra time to look at it but either way I was more than accommodating and just asked for them to repair my brakes. I've had this car since it had 9k miles on it. The brakes are barely working. Have to push them to the floor to get them to fully grab and they won't build up any pressure and you can hear a squishy noise coming from them. Today they had the audacity to call me and tell me nothing was wrong with them like I'm an idiot or something. It's a 2016 Honda and you have to put the brake pedal into the floor board for it to grab. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know something is wrong. I at least appreciate him telling me he isn't capable of fixing a soft brake peddle with way too much travel.

I had at least $1,000-$2,000 worth of work for them but they turned me away because their mechanic wasn't capable.

Overall the mechanic or whatever gave me the impression they were more worried about sealing their lot than taking care of a potential life long customer. I'll be going to Cory's Automotive like I have in the past even if I have to wait 3 weeks for an opening.

**Update had an independent mechanic look into it. Was the brake booster. Bought a new one from Advance Auto and the brakes are perfect now.
