After getting t-boned by an idiot, my mustang caught some nasty body damage, and needed fixed.

I brought it to Shelton collision, handed them the estimate that the at-fault driver's insurance gave me, and they talked me through how it all works, and they worked with me on pricing, in the end I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket thankfully.

Aside from a couple very minor things, they repaired pretty much all of the damage from the collision, it looks very good.

Overall I'm happy with their work, and will keep these guys' contact info saved if I ever need body work done again.

Shelton was able to schedule an appointment the day after a storm to get me an estimate of damage from hail. They were honest and open about what there opinion of the damage was and how they thought an insurance company would handle it. They are knowledgeable about collision repairs, hail damage, etc and provide real feedback. The estimate I was given for my daughter vehicle and mine were spot on to the insurances estimates. These guys are the real deal. There customer service, honesty, and quality of the work speaks for itself. They have a warranty for all of the repairs they perform although probably not needed because they do the work the right way the first time. I had to deal with insurance for my claim. Of course I had to get a quote from another local shop, but the quote from Shelton was an honest and accurate quote. If you want a genuine experience in a hard time, go to Shelton. Just talk with them. Integrity can be difficult to find these days and after the hassle with my insurance company and the “other shop”, when I shook hands at Shelton. I knew I was at the right place.

We took an older car in that got crumpled in the front in a fenderbender. Insurance totalled the car but we'd just put about $1800 into it just before the accident for tires and brakes so decided to keep it. Shelton did an amazing job of working with us to keep the cost down but still make it look good, even better than before the accident. We were very happy with the work and their help.

We had damage to the front left bumper. Two other Body Shops said the entire bumper needed replaced. Brad and his staff fixed the damage without needing to replace the bumper saving us over a $1000. Their work and customer service are exceptional! We recommend Shelton Collision to all our family and friends.

Shelton is great to do business with as they have honesty and integrity. I bought a new car that was dinged in a parking lot. Where the damaged occurred, it wasn't the best candidate for PDR but this was a more reasonable alternative over repairing the entire panel (which I didn't want to entertain given the minor damage). The PDR repair improved the damage but was not up to the standards of Shelton so they did not charge me for the effort. I very much appreciated this gesture and respect the standards they uphold. I would recommend them for this reason.
