Extremely nice staff. Came in as an emergency with my work truck having issues with the tire. They got me in very quick and diagnosed it was just a loose valve stem. Tightened and filled my tire with air, then dipped it in a dunk tank to make sure there wasn't any holes in the tire. If I lived closer I would definitely be back to get my tires from them. Highly recommend if you are in need of tires in the area.

Today was my first time visiting. Right before I got to work, the pressure in one tire started falling. I dropped my car off and they were able to patch it. They were super busy but they still communicated throughout the process and had it fixed within a few hours. On top of that, they didn't charge me a thing. Super thankful for their help today, I will be returning with any future issues!
Also there is a cat in the front office and it's the sweetest!

Got me right in at 8am this morning and was on my way shortly after! This shop gave 100% customer service and could tell they wanted my vehicle to be safe/sound! Pricing and service you just can't beat in a small town! Will definitely make the trip again to bring my vehicle back in the future! Thank you for taking care of me!

Good tires at a reasonable price. I would have rated 5 stars, but the air pressure was not right nor constant. Suppose to be 40lbs, 1 tire was 37, 2 at 35, 1 at 31. This was after driving an hour on the interstate. I add air to 40 lbs, and 3 days later, the pressure is still at 40. Someone needs to either double-check the pressure or train employees to fill properly.

Been here twice now; staff is great, price is fair. Explained everything wrong with my car, why it was a problem, what could wait and what should be fixed immediately, fixed everything wrong in a good amount of time, and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing before they did it. Didn't try to up-sale anything, would highly recommend.

Went in about 9am on a Saturday with 2 tires needed mounted and balanced on 2 rims. Less than 20 minutes total time it took them and at the best price I found amongst all the other tire shops in town. Great service. Will be going here for all my tire needs.

Good old customer service ⭐️⭐️This shop needs more stars for sure! I was traveling through area and I always try use local places instead of chains. From moment I walked in with the lady’s at counter were the nicest and old school customer service ? I went in for oil change and check my headlight bulbs . The gentleman that was working on it came out 2 times to talk to me about headlight bulbs issues. Got the oil changed and paid I was blown away for price I was giving! Way under what I normally pay and best service til end . I highly recommend this shop. I will use them again when I’m passing through. Thank you again for the great customer service like good old days. ?⭐️

We stayed overnight in Shelbyville and woke up to our Jeep having terrible issues and we couldn’t go over 17 mph. No one was open to help but we were told to try Firestone. Lucky for us, Karl came out to help us. He took the Jeep in the garage and by some miracle he got it fixed. We are forever indebted to him for helping us to be able to continue on our trip. Thank you so much, Karl, for your help and kindness!
