Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I contacted a man who said he'd be out in an hour to an hour and half. I sent the address and pictures of all sides of the stuck vehicle. I waited two hours and called several times with no answer. He read my text and never replied to say he wasn't coming and just left me hanging. Can't emphasize how disappointed I am. I'd give zero stars, but one is the minimum.

Wife broke down a couple hours away from home and gave scooter a call and he found a spare tire in a few minutes time and was on his way. Highly recommend

Scooter went above and beyond. Picked up my keys at the hotel front desk, drove 20 or so miles to the plant where my dead battery rental car was, then drove back to the hotel, left the keys for me. All this at somewhere between 2 and 3 in the morning, after helping 24 other folks that day. You need roadside help, he’s THE guy!!!!

Scooter Lemaster towing and roadside assistance is the greatest he came to me at 2am a very fogging night I had locked my keys in the trunk of my car while trying to get my bags out . Scooter was kind , considerate, and exceptionally helpful. Had my keys out in no time . Not to mention we were in another county. Thank you sir you are greatly appreciated.

Mr. Lemaster picked up my car today and delivered it to a service center. He was in regular contact from the start to off loading. Kind. Courteous. Patient. Professional. Quick! Skilled! Perfection!

He his number is now in my phone contacts in case I need his services. I recommend everyone do this.

In the end, during a highly stressful time for us, Mr. Lemaster was a welcomed bright spark of hope that made the day better. Thank you, Sir.

Came quickly to our aid to change a flat tire. We had a donut, but unfortunately could not get the lug nuts off to change the tire. He went above and beyond after changing the tire to the donut to lead us to a nearby gas station to get plugs to plug the tire (because the store we were at didn’t have any and he didn’t have anymore), plug the tire, change it back and send us on our way. He didn’t have to help us as much as he did, but we sincerely appreciate his kindness and desire to help people.
