For the first time in my life, I was involved in a fender bender, which left a mark from the other vehicle’s license plate on my rear bumper.

Jack and his administrative team were incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process, providing clear and timely updates via email, as requested.

The entire process took about a week, which was faster than expected. The car was returned not only with the agreed-upon repairs but also cleaner than when I dropped it off. I can see why their reviews are so highly rated, and I would definitely return if needed—though hopefully not anytime soon!

PS: The license plate looks bizarre because it was altered by AI.

My co-worker had backed into my 2024 brand new Ford Bronco. I was devastated. I work down the street from Sako, so I stopped in to see if they would be able to fix it. This very nice guy came over to help me (I think he was the owner not sure) he tried to buff the scratch out but as we both noticed there was more damage than expected. He was so nice he didn't charge me to buff the fender. At that moment I knew this was the right place to bring my truck. They had my truck for about a week and they worked with my insurance company and rental car place (enterprise). This process was painless. They did an amazing job. You can't even tell I had any damage at all. I also want to mention the Young man at the front desk is a doll. I had a little mis hap while I had the rental car, a rock came up on the highway and chipped the paint. I was panicking so I went back to sako and that nice young man ( I think his name is Ryan) I'm horrible with names helped me out once again and put some touch up paint on the chip. This is a great company. I found them very honest and easy to work with. I defiantly will be using them for all my auto body repairs and I will be referring them to friends and family.

I brought my 2013 Toyota Corolla to Sako after being rear ended. The damage wasn't particularly significant though the entire bumper needed to be replaced. They scheduled my car for service and I had my fingers crossed that they'd complete the job in a reasonable time frame. My major concern was that the paint wouldn't match given the age of the car. They finished the job in 4 days and to my complete surprise the paint matched perfectly! These guys know their stuff and I strongly recommend them! Perfect work/great experience! Great work guys!

After getting rear ended in my Honda accord, I went to sako Autobody to have my car fixed. They did an outstanding job! You’d never know I was in an accident. There are no gaps between the body and the bumper, the paint matching is unbeatable! I've brought my car here multiple times and the work is always excellent. Recently I thought I heard something tapping post getting work done. I brought it back and the owner came for a ride with me. Turns out the noise was from under the car and not the right side which was worked on. I felt foolish for wasting his time. He was incredibly kind/compassionate and provided advice on when, how and where to get the car serviced for the work. Thank you Sako for outstanding customer service!

this auto shop they are teeth. I had a brand new dash cam that I bought because I was in a car accident. I didn’t get a chance to install it so I just put it in the back of my car before I give them the vehicle so I will be able to reinstall it after my vehicle is repair.
I have a full proof that they stole a brand new dash cam out of my trunk and They said that they never touch anything out of my trunk by all means I would never recommend this auto shop to anybody,even though they do a good work. or make sure you strip your car of anything that belongs to you before you give them the car.

Jack and the others at Sako were incredibly helpful and patient dealing with an insurance repair situation after an accident. The insurance company eventually decided to total the car, so no repairs were performed. But Jack helped walk us through the whole process, which was all new to us, including giving advice on how to negotiate with the insurance company over the settlement. They also helped me remove extra gear from the car that we had installed ourselves before turning it over.
