When a phone conversation happens while you have a car for a recall. You need to tell the customer there will be a charge to check on an issue. I asked for a quote a week ago and I never got it. So when you had it for the recall you asked if you could investigate. That should not cost me money.

Easy to schedule service, but they are very tightly scheduled. If they find a minor issue, it has to be rescheduled. I had defective lug nuts that had to be rescheduled and were not covered by the bumper to bumper warranty, and that my Lincoln depreciated by $22k in less than 2 years, neither of which was any fault of the dealership.

I have had both of my vehicles there this month with issues that were hard to figure out. They got me in right away, Adam was very honest with me about the service and cost. Did a good job on both vehicles. Be back when it's oil change time!

I am so thankful for Ruxer Ford Service Dept! As long as I am able to travel from Spencer to Jasper, no other car dealership will care for my vehicle. When I have my oil changed, I know Ruxer service team will thoroughly check my car in detail. All repairs that are needed, I can trust that Adam or Brady will call me following to explain the details and urgency or not of what needs done. I am always super satisfied and walk away happy. Both with my car service and personal kindness!

Ruxer’s has a nice waiting room with drinks and snacks. Wait time was longer than initially expected but there were a few items identified that i was not prepared for when i left home. Agent was very professional

Our granddaughter was leaving to return to college 8 hours away and her brakes were failing and we noticed a loud noise from front in of the car. The guys at the front desk went above and beyond to get her car fixed! We are so grateful for all their hard work at Ruxer Ford! Thank you!
