Decent place and professional experience. I had a hole at my trailer, after visiting other shops and they couldn't help me, I came here. Professional treatment from the arrival and really fast service. Price was just about it. Besides I had coffee, shower and I watched TV at their drivers lounge. 100% recommend this place.

I have been coming here for the fourth year. The team who works here is excellent and professional. Very nice place, very clean and pleasant to be here. Great place for service. All work is done quickly and on time. Customer service is excellent. Nicole in the office works professionally. She is always welcoming and friendly. As a service writer for a trucking company, if I have a breakdown anywhere near RTS, they have been and will continue to be my first choice! They are very nice, quick to respond, and extremely reasonable on price! They always have room and the techs are top notch! Plus a drivers lounge for our drivers!? What else can you ask for! 10/5 stars!!!

They were super nice, have overnight parking giving me a safe place to sleep after my repair and also have showers and laundry area . They are really are good to their customers. My repair was done in a timely manner. Great place !

This is the best shop every anywhere. I was towed in for a fuel problem they diagnosed it quick and fixed it quick. It was the fuel pump so it was expensive to fix but I left there still happy because of everything about that shop top to bottom. Aj in the office was amazing he keep me updated and explained everything. Matt and all the other mechanics who looked at my truck were top notch because they fixed the fuel pump but something was still off and they stayed on it until they figured it out. And last but not least Rob who apparently was the owner was even looking at it in and out of the office doing everything doing things he didn't have to I felt like family because of everyone there. I live by st. Louis but I really considered driving there to have anything done to my truck that is how great they are. Anyone from RTS my wife and kids thank you for getting the truck up and running quick and not letting me go until you were 100 percent sure it would get me home.

I was towed in 1030 am on thursday morning with a bad transmission. By the end of the day they said they still hadnt found one. I got the model number and serial number from them and started making phone calls and leaving messages first thing in morning weller transmission and the peterbilt dealership called and said they had one in stock 120 miles away. Called rts and they said they still hadnt found one so I told them what I found apparently rts goes through fyda freightliner and weller is one of their suppliers so dont know what happened but it didnt get there till 9am the following wednesday. I wanted them to do front brakes, oil pan gasket, new oil cooler on transmission, and coolant flush as well. From Thursday to wednesday morning only the coolant flush was done. They couldnt source new lines for the transmission oil cooler so they reused the old ones which are leaking.I was out of there about 4pm on thursday. I driven about 100 miles the transmission and brakes work great. The oil pan leak is worse than before they touched it and some of the oil pan bolts were rounded off which is where it is leaking. Overall the people were friendly and facility was clean but leadership, communication, quality, and speed were not what I expected for almost 13,000 dollars.*UPDATE* After contacting RTS and send them pictures they offered to reimburse me to have the leaking oil pan fixed.

Nicole is the reason i decided to bring my truck here. Over the weekend, while on a load, my transmission started making noises. Called around to multiple places, and none had mechanics to just look at the problem. Called RTS, Nicole explained they closed at 5pm(Saturday) but to bring my truck in just so i would know whats wrong with it. I explained i didn't want to bring it in and have to pay hundreds of dollars just for them to say, "we can't fix it." After hanging up with her and driving 20 minutes, thinking it over, I called back to take her up on the offer. She was very professional, nice and inviting. Customer service sucks these days, but I felt coming here would be the best idea just by her nice Human being. Although they cant fix the problem, they have been honest and accommodating. If im ever in need, and in this area, i will definitely stop here first. Thanks to Nicole and all the mechanics for showing me that humanity still strives in business.
