Got new starter replacement done on Cascadia, my experience was so so and quick, whoever that tech was definitely need to be checked due to not finishing the work properly. Dude didn’t connect all my battery ground also forgot to install brackets support for the starter. Y’all charge to damn high for nothing. It’s a shame in my opinion, probably just look out for the work done before you pull out at your own risk.

Very expensive and poor customer service. They will only value you if you are from India and can speak their language. Only come here for minor things and good luck if other Indian truck drivers show up cuz they will leave your truck and finish for them. They will change some parts with out telling you. Please hire someone for front who understands both languages

Stay away! From this place it’s horrible place Mechanics are drunk and if someone
Pull behind you for service they will kicked you out. I asked them to tide wiper blades they broke the whole assembly.

HE LIED THAT HE PUT FREON INTO MY AIC ! HE RE USE WHAT I HAD & CHARGED ME $300 ! THE ISSUE WAS ONLY A PLUG NOT FREON ! HES NOT VERY HONEST ! MY FREEON WAS FULL & I HAVE A RECEIPT FOR TWO WEEKS AGO PRIOR TO VISIT HES SHOP! LOVE TRUCK STOP SHOP HAD CHECKED MY FREEON ,TESTED
THE WHOLE SYSTEM MY AIC WORKED , NO LICKS , I HAD RECEIPT for 300$ filled freon from love truck stop, NO! I DID NOT HAVE NO LICK, IT WAS CHECKED WITH LOVE TRUCK STOP , he didn't know that l knew my systeam did not have any lick ! he made up story that my systeam was licking !

MY AIC WAS WORKING TILL FEW DAyS AGO, I INTER HIS SHOP to wanna know why it was not blowing cold air , HE SUCKED IN MY FREEON that I HAD & PUT BACK ON & CHARGED ME 300$ with made up story that it has a lick !! HE DID NOT EVEN FIX THE aic compressor plug connector issue, HE KNEW I CAUGHT HIM WITH LIES HE STARTED TO YELL & SCREAM AT ME FOR ASKING WHY HES CHARGING ME 300$
HE START TO THREAT AT ME TO GO AND TAKE IT OUT MY FREEON! That l paid love repair shot to fill it , & he doesnt know that at love Truck repair do not fill up freon if the systeam has a lick , they check & advice before filling it and do not fill it if you domt fix the lick! HE TOOK my $300 FOR NORTHING , PROBLEM WAS THE PLUG CONNECTING THE AIC COMPRESOR TO THE TRUCK WAS BROCKEN AND HE KNEW IT BUT STILL LIED THAT I DID NOT HAVE FREEON IN MY SYSTEAM! Pls watch him and watch for your Truck when he touches it ! Be carefully with him , he has anger issues , hard to deal with , hes not reasonable !! Not recomending ! Hes not HONEST, hes eyes tells it all! Not good person to trust your Truck . Stay there watch it or dont enter at all rather just find different shop near by not them !!

Truck drivers be careful on this shop, they are the worst ever met in USA. Too expensive with zero service.

The guy that took the call had a speaking issue and also didn’t understand the request for service then lied and said his guys was on the way had my driver sitting there for hours when called back and asked what was going on the guy gave me a lie saying his guy called my guy but my driver didn’t answer that’s a lie avoid this place do not try to use them. This guy is not a recommendable person. He’s a liar. His workers are never show up and you’ll be sitting missing work. Do not use them. I repeat do not use them.
