My experience at Ross Medical Education Center has been life changing for me. I gain more self confidence. The staff and instructors has been very supportive through every module. I was looking for a positive environment when picking a school, coming in just for the initial interview with financial aid and enrollment, both women were both so welcoming and very generous. I recommend this school to anyone that's looking for higher education. My teacher is amazing, she knows the material and is able to explain it in a way that you can comprehend the new information.

I enrolled at Ross Medical Education in September this year after waiting years for a Veterinary Assistant program to be available in my area. I am so grateful to Ross for this opportunity to fulfill my dreams of becoming a Vet Asst. Every Staff member has treated me like family. I couldn't ask for more however I was also blessed with the best and most knowledgeable instructor I have ever met, Ms. Tessa White. I look forward to each and everyday of school. My director Mrs A is absolutely the best..I love Ross as if it was a part of my family.

GOD 1st , I like that the program is short and flexible . The staff has been helpful from day 1 and Ms.Khan has been an awesome teacher. I appreciate the opportunities, lessons, and achievements accomplished while attending. This has been a true blessing and I am nothing but grateful for GOD allowing me to do this program. Ross is a nice start to bettering your future.

This place is a joke! They do not inform you of all information, they just push you in there to get your money. I received a phone call thinking it was more information about the program next thing I know I’m enrolled! Tried online classes, seem great but they barley reach out when you need help by the time they do you can’t finish your assignments on time. When I told them I wanted to drop out it was not a good time it took two weeks for them to call me and the only information they gave me was “if you want to come back you can enroll in our next classes in 30 days.” They do not give you enough time to figure out whether you even like the program or check up on you unless you miss payments then they’re blowing up your phone everyday. It has been 4 months and I received a letter that I owe them over a grand, even though I was only there a week, I was told past 3 days you automatically have to pay a percentage. Tried to call and ask about my laptop to help lower my owed balance and was told that because it was opened an past 30 days I can’t return it. ONE they made us open it in class to do the work which took 3 days to even get and TWO never mentioned you Have 30 days to return it once dropped out. I have a friend, whose almost graduated, being harassed with calls by multiple people about payment when she’s told them the dates she would make payments. They put on a good friendly I care about you act but it’s all about getting money.

My experience here at Ross Medical has been nothing less then amazing, of course i have had my days where I was overwhelmed but my instructor, peers and other employees at Ross has been understanding and made me feel wanted and worth the their time. I'm am so happy that I chose Ross Medical Education Center.

Teachers and staff are amazing!
I went when the pandemic first started and we did online schooling. It was still very organized and if I ever had any questions I was always able to get ahold of someone.
They helped get me prepared for the RMA exam.
I graduated in December, completed my Externship and have completed and passed my RMA exam and now am working with an amazing group of nurses and doctors. I honestly couldn’t have done this without everyone at Ross! So very thankful and would recommend anyone to come here if they are looking to further there education in the medical industry. ?♥️

I liked this school because it has great teachers and an awesome program , The evening class is like a big loving family and everybody helps out one another , no one gets left behind. This school is great to attend if your interested in medical assisting.
