My daughter & I moved here back in April and can I just say it is a BREATH of FRESH AIR! Communities is quiet, grounds are clean...neighbors are pleasant. We love the indoor pool & gym. Kathleen , the leasing/property manager goes over and beyond when it comes to advocating for the tenants. Truly the best decision I made this year was to move here. We love our apartment can't wait to enjoy the greenery ,fresh air etc. Out on our patio this summer! LOVE IT!

The place is well kept, the neighbors are wonderful and the grounds are kept perfect. Your not gonna find a nicer place in that area. I challenge you. Lived here for over 5 years and had no issues. Good luck if you take an apartment here. When I moved in the complex it felt like a community. If there was an issue, the manager contacted me and made sure it was addressed. We did not have to pay for water. But water meters have been put in and not only are we responsible for the water but there is an extra charge to pay for the water and an extra charge to pay for your rent. In this apartment, I noted the water meter before and after a 5 day trip twice . I called maintenance and corporate to address the issue that while away , both times my meter showed 6 extra gallons used while I was gone. With my complaint, the corporate person stated that if I felt I was being nickeled and dimed, I can give a 60 day notice and move out. Over the years , I have found that there were problems with water piping. The apartment has had at least 7 leaks from upstairs in every room in the apartment. The constant is my upstairs neighbor doing wash. I don’t care when they do their wash except if it affects my apartment. The guest toilet at times has the water sucked out very loudly and soap suds fill the toilet and spill onto the floor. If not soap suds, there are times the water is discolored, oily, with small particles of hair and brown sediment in it. It has flooded which they “fixed”. The plumber came out several times and now says it is a corporate issue. Never heard from them.
The toilet piping was repaired once but something is still wrong with it. There is a panel behind the guest toilet where it was worked on. The laundry room had a problem before I moved in. The upstairs bath was used and the water made the ceiling cave in. It was “fixed” by my neighbor and maintenance man. Now there is a smell of mold in there with black marks on both sides of the outside walls. I also have a new leak in the laundry room which I have not seen or heard if it was “corrected”. I also have a leak above my master bedroom toilet that I was told is condensation from the other apartment.it was “fixed” once but is happening again. Ito use my master bathroom,I will start bringing an umbrella. I also have the occasional machine gun sound usually in the middle of the night when I flush my toilet. I am concerned about mold in all these places and have asked for them to check but that is not their concern.
In December,I was told by maintenance that someone would be out to fix all the water problems. Did anyone see them cause I haven’t.

Love this place. If we didn’t have kids we would still be living here. The apartments feel like home. You have your own front door and garage. No need to walk into a central Lobby to get to your apartment. Everything is well maintain and peaceful. You could walk by yourself at 2 am and feel safe. Yes, it is expensive compare to most other apartments but it was totally worth it to us. Our price was ~1600 for a one bed room.

Service is always available, but cheap. Had faucet replaced and it’s junk and leaks behind the wall. Also pool is a dangerous place to breath w/o cross ventilation. I wish I could use it. There are many pros and cons, but those are the only things that come to mind. Expensive place, someways hoping for more. That’s all.

Well kept apartments located a stone’s throw from multiple major highways. Easy commute into Philly. The management and maintenance staff are kind and quick to respond to any inquiries or service requests.
