Horrible Repair Shop
My father had his truck his for some transmission work a few weeks ago. He noticed it was leaking and took to his regular repair shop to have it checked. He was told that the transmission gasket was replaced correctly and there were other issues. He took a copy of the invoice showing what needed to be done. He took it back and showed them the invoice they said they didn’t need it threw it away. They finished the work that should have been done in the first place and charged him. Very poor and disrespectful service

I had my engine light go on. First thing was to have O'Riley scan it. Code came up, shift cylinoid. First place said I needed a new transmission. Took it to Rogers transmission and they said no codes came up. Suggested TRYING the torque converter cylinoid, but no guarantee. The leak they said I had would be done separately in case the first fix didn't work. It was all confusing to me, but, something different sounds right, but, what do I know. I went based on their recommendation. 700.00 non-fix and the light came back on within 2 miles of leaving their shop. They kept saying, well how far do you want to go with this. I said, I need it to be fixed. Since they kept saying no code comes up, it was all a guessing game with them. Well O'Riley got a code, so did auto zone and so did, Bill's transmission, where I then took my vehicle. They diagnosed it, didn't charge me for t diagnosis, and put me in the schedule for repairs. When I asked about the leak in the transmission, that Roger's said I had, they didn't see any leaks but if there were any, it would be resolved when they do the repair and the seals and rings get replaced. Honest guys, with straight answers at Bill's transmission. Not at all what I found out at Roger's transmission. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to Roger's for anything. Bill's transmission is the place for transmission work.

All of these reviews and five star ratings are bullshit. These guys at Rogers Transmission are lying ass people. They charge you for repairs they don’t do. And then challenge you to do something about it. Don’t go there you will regret it.

I had my truck driven and looked at by 3 to 4 different mechanics either they couldn’t figure it out or they told me the wrong thing that was wrong. I took it here and he fixed my car in one day. It’s been a blessing. I’ve had issues with this truck And it’s finally fixed thank you!!!

Brought my F350 to have transmission repaired. They fixed it. It lasted a month and I lost reverse brought it back they fixed reverse but when I picked it up, I noticed the transmission was shifted funny from 1st to 2nd in the beginning so I immediately called Rogers transmission. Talk to John. He said give it 500 miles. I drove it up to my property there and back 160 miles. It didn’t even make it on the way back transmission burned out took it back to Rogers transmission. They said it was abuse . Now I am 54 years old. I’m trying to keep the truck to pull my trailer I assume thinking that the oil was brown after two days repairing it because that’s how long the transmission lasted .I had to limp it home from Wixom to Hazel Park. That’s why the transmission was fluid Was burned up looking they did give me my money back for the job But a total waste of my time, and for that I would say, just take it somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here at Rogers transmission.

This is my second time using Rogers. And I will and I will continue to bring all of my business to them. The first truck everyone was telling me I needed a trans and they assured me that I didn't and had me back on the road the same day. And my second truck they went above and beyond to rebuild my rear end and 4 wheel drive system. Great prices and very noligable
