The environment that Miss Finn has built here is unlike any other. At first we were just looking for a place where my husband could get back into martial arts since his Marine Corps days, and what we found was a family dedicated to everyone's personal excellence. Not only is my husband signed up for classes, but my two 6 year old boys are too. They love every minute of it and look forward to their time to go each week. Not only is it a safe, conducive environment for learning, the teachers are all very well equipped to teach toddlers to adults without becoming frustrated and/or rude. Don't pass up the opportunity to become part of this martial arts family who are continuously showing up and putting their best foots forward. Thank you Miss Finn!

ROC Martial Arts Academy is a fantastic place for all ages to learn martial arts. All members of the staff have been so welcoming.

The setup of the studio is fantastic for parents bringing in kids as it allows you to wait in a comfortable area while also allowing you to watch your child's progress through the windows. Instructors work with you at the level you are at and allow kids to progess at their own speed while still challenging them.

This academy works strictly on disapline and respect. Children are taught, in a kind way, proper traditions and observances of martial art from day one.

Additionally, kids who tend to have difficulty focusing are continually engaged. The way they handle children who are having breakdowns is fantastic. They don't allow distraction to take over the class and interrupt other students' experiences and instead work as a team to calmly handle situations that arise.

Price is great, especially for what you're getting.

My daughter LOVES coming here and gets upset if she thinks she will miss a class. I'm so happy with this academy that I have enrolled my other daughter and myself.

I began taking 1 of my kids to ROC about 3 months ago and WOW! What an incredible environment to help with fitness/well being/confidence. After first month I enrolled my second child and myself. We have all been going for last couple month and the results to our confidence has been amazing. Next week I am enrolling my third child. Everyone there is so encouraging and supportive. I am amazed at what just a couple months has made to my entire family. I highly recommend ROC to everyone no matter what age!!! I am over 50 and feel better every day. My kids stand taller and have a better attitude on everything. They are standing at the door everyday ready to go to class. If I could give 10 stars I would give 20!!! Thank you to everyone at ROC for everything they do!!! We will be students for years to come!!!

ROC is like a second home. Ms Finn is a excellent teacher and very supportive. The atmosphere at ROC is incredible and is full of good hearted people who want to see you reach your goals. An excellent place to learn self defense and other important life skills.

This is more than a karate studio, this is truly a family! I have nothing but great memories from the years I spent here! Everyone works together as a team and there is no negativity allowed!
