I've done a lot of business with Rob and his team over the last 4 years and they always do a top notch job. Typically I'm bringing customer's bikes in I have done motor work on to have them tuned, but most recently I was having a conversation with Rob about a bike I was working on with an electrical problem I just could not figure out. Rob did not hesitate in saying "bring it down and we will look at it together" which I did because I was stumped. Rob himself spent the better part of his Monday with me checking and double checking each step of the diagnostic process. I ended up leaving the bike with him because we ran out of time that day. Two days later I get a call from Rob saying him and his mechanic spent some more time and had found the issue. I authorized them to go forward with the repair and the next day he again called and said we were good to go! Thank you Rob and John for everything! It's a great feeling when local businesses can work together for the goal of a happy customer!!

I was stranded on the side of the road on a recent trip 950 miles from home. I called Robs Dyno Service and he came and got me off the side of the road. After some quick troubleshooting Rob discovered I had a broken timing chain. Rob laid out all my options and I chose for him to repair the existing engine. Rob offered a lot of suggestions and advice about what I could do to improve the engine performance and riding characteristics. I decided to leave my bike with him and he drove me 1 hr one way to the airport to catch a flight home. Rob’s attention to detail resulted in him finding a chafed brake line as well as a few other items I was unaware of. Upon completion of all the work the bike was put on the dyno where robs expertise became evident. I returned to Boston and Rob again drove 1 hr to pick me up. I took my 07 Ultra Classic on a 1660 mi. test ride and am blown away by the results. I now have way more responsiveness and torque making passing a breeze and the handling is incredible. The bike runs and rides better than when it rolled off the show room floor. Rob and his team possess a wealth of knowledge and experience that is top notch coupled with their attention to detail I don’t believe you will find in other shops. Thanks Rob for treating me so well and taking care of my bike as if it were your own.

I brought my 2018 Indian chieftain to see if it needed to be tuned after I changed out the exhaust rob said it probably would not be needed but to bring it in anyway and we Will check it out.come to find out the bike did not need a tune rob is honest and he did me right I have nothing but good things to say about him. After searching around I easily decided to take the 1.5 hr trip to dyno my 2012 r6. It’s a known finicky bike to dyno and Rob was very knowledgeable about all its quirks. He is super thorough and watching him do his magic was great. He is a tell it like it is guy so if you can’t take constructive criticism you may want to look elsewhere. There is a reason he is booked out a while. Highly recommended!

Rob is extremely thorough, capable and patient. I went in with a rough running twin cam with an impossible to fix check engine light. After my bike dumped oil all over the Dyno (loose oil pan), and a few hours of tuning, I left with a perfect running bike with no check engine light and no oil leak. I also had incorrect information in that I thought I had it previously tuned by Rob - my mistake again. He worked with me to sort out the old tune and download his own correct map. I should add that my appointment was just for a retune. I can’t say how impressed I am with Rob’s patience and determination to have my bike leave running correctly despite the mistakes that I made going into it. Thanks again.
