This review is for a customer service interaction with Keith - no purchases were made. I am a new motorcycle rider (and was an aspiring motorcycle rider at the time of my interaction with Keith). Keith took a solid 15-20 minutes to patiently answer my questions regarding motorcycles, servicing, safety, and other related concerns and questions I had. He was very kind, informative, helpful; and I appreciated his time and the interaction - Hence my taking the time to make this review. I hope to have my bike serviced by his team when appropriate.

Just bought a motorcycle from this dealership and Keith is a really good person who knows his stuff. He guided me and was very helpful. Super friendly and they are always ready to help.

UPDATE: Keith is super helpful after the sale is complete.. after about 2 weeks of owning my motorcycle I had a minor accident which involved the motorcycle falling down when I was trying to reverse it in a tight space. And broke the mirror... Keith was so helpful as he took the additional time to look they his stock to see if he had a spare.. so that I could buy it..they had the 2016 diavel carbon mirrors which were better than the mirrors I had..and look so good on the Diavel..

Im originally from Connecticut and visiting Boston Temporarily. My bike ended up having issues while in Boston and Im glad I found this place by chance. Keith is probably the best person I have worked with concerning my motorcycle. His communication was great from start to finish(booking the appt, updates concerning what he found, and pickup date and time for my bike). He thoroughly inspected my bike from the moment I dropped it off, explained everything that He found, and the possible issues it could have based on what I told him about my bike. The Job he did was incredible, he does not take shortcuts and made sure I was in the know with everything he had found and has been doing in terms of its maintenance and diagnostics. He is extremely knowledgeable about motorcycles and im glad that he even took the time to answer my questions and explain them systematically. He found a few things in my motorcycle that were safety hazard I did not know, because the last few services were not done properly. He takes his work very seriously and regards the rider’s safety in the highest level. Keiths work ethic and motorcycle knowledge has easily prevented many potential accidents, saving many lives, including mine. As long as I have my motorcycle, this is where I’ll always take my bike for its needs.

For the past two years, I've entrusted my motorcycle to Ducati Boston for winter storage. Keith, in particular, has consistently provided exceptional service, offering valuable assistance and sharing insightful information. The facility ensured the safety of my motorcycle by maintaining a climate-controlled environment. I plan to continue storing my motorcycle with them in the future, provided they have the available space to accommodate it.

They got me in quickly for brake service on short notice. They squeezed in the chain cleaning service too while I waited. Very quick and did a great job. I bought my Triumph Tiger from them back when they sold Triumphs and bring it in for recommended service intervals. They've always done a good job within a reasonable or quick amount of time. Good staff too. Thanks guys.

Really disappointing, such a bad attitude toward customers and confrontational behavior from a staff member named Keith. I've previously had perfectly fine experiences with this shop. Bought a bike here, had service and tires installed. All good. But something has changed unfortunately. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
