Geo comenzó en Ritmos en el verano del 2017. Como abuela me preocupaba su obesidad ya que es un niño al que no le interesan los deportes, ademas de ser un “picky eater” que en mi país se le llama malamañoso. Este patron logicamente lo lleva a la obesidad. Como desde niño siempre se pasaba bailando le propuse inscribirlo en Ritmos ya que asi haria un poco de ejercicios. Al sol de hoy han pasado casi 3 años y aun sigue en Ritmos. Bajó de peso, le encanta su escuela de baile, adora a su maestra Massy y a su maestro Dave, los cuales son excelentes. Ha hecho nuevas amistades y dice que Ritmos es “My Happy Place”.

Massy from Ritmos Dance Company was able to come in for a interactive workshop for both Auburn K-2 Schools. During this performance, Massy was patience with our staff, students and technology! Massy was extremely calm and ready to have fun with all of our student. After each performance at both schools both staff and students had nothing but positive feed back; "That was such an amazing performance" "I love how interactive she was with the children" "Can we have her come back for a staff dance class" "I learned so much about the different styles of Hispanic/Latino culture". The performances were nothing short of amazing and we can not wait to do business again with Ritmos Dance Company in the near future!

Wow! We worked with Ritmos through a United Way Women's Initiative event with our Diversity Committee, and we are SO SO happy we did! Massy and her girls were energetic, comprehensive, and so much fun. It was a beautiful experience and everyone commented on a what a great time they had with the dance lesson. Massy finds a way to make it easy for everyone, leaving everyone feeling super confident and happy with themselves. I would work with them again and support their organization and mission. We are so lucky to have them right in our community!

My daughter has been dancing for Ritmos for 6 years now since she was 6 years old. My son also joined the Ritmos family a few years ago. They both love it!!! They never want to miss a class, an event, a performance. They are hooked. Massy and Dave allow them to be themselves while showing them the rhythm and history of our Latino dance culture. It has been a great experience for them and for me to watch them.

I’m an old customer of Ritmos. It is wonderful to see how amazing Ritmos legacy has become. I personally can say Massy is a natural teacher with a huge LOVE ❤️ for dance and choreography, as my daughter (now 20 yrs old) was in elementary school and Massy was in high school choreography and teaching younger children. Massy has a gift and Ritmos legacy could not be in better hands.
