I recently had an incredible experience with the team at Reliable Auto Service Center Allen Park and I just have to share how awesome they were!

When I brought my van in for repairs, they broke the news to me that I might need additional work due to the severity of the issue. They were very honest and upfront about it, which I really appreciated. However, they later called me back with great news—they were able to repair my van without the extra work, saving me a significant amount of money!

The team was extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me. While I was there, I noticed they treated every customer with the same level of care and professionalism.

Save for the fact it is a blatant Lie.

No one, Kenny nor Tim, told either of us anything about the frame being rotten. Ever.

We never got that report nor a straight answer out of anyone in dealing with the situation. Just Anger and disgust. Mostly fron Kenny about the leaking power steering fluid and being a rage filled old man about it.

Also, those breaks and lines were still under warranty, your warranty. But you don't keep records apparently. The frame was fine the last time we spent over 2,000 on the damn thing at your shop.

Kenny, quoted my husband over 3,000 to fix his car. When asked for a list of what's wrong with it he was told that he didn't write anything down and wasn't going to because 'it would take over an hour to do'. Then told my husband that he should just scrap it, it's not worth fixing.
I walk in, explain the situation and the only thing I got from the owner Tim is 'well for 100 we can put it back on the lift and look at it'
So for 150 total you'll do what you were supposed to do in the first place.
'Well I wasn't here yesterday, so don't know.'
I know I won't be bringing any car back. That's for sure.

Annie and Tim are amazing. They make every customer feel like family. The last time I stopped up, Annie gave my boys a guided tour of the shop, which they were thrilled about. It makes me so sad to see a hater tearing down a good, kind, decent business that gives back so much and does everything they can to improve the community. I'd trust Reliable Auto with my cars, my kids and just about anything else precious to me.
