I thought my car was totaled. Charlie is a master at his craft and returned it to me like new. The car is quite literally in the same condition as when I drove it new off the lot. Bianca is extremely pleasant to deal with and got us all the docs we needed to have insurance cover everything. I wish more business were run the way these guys operate. First of all, I have never posted an online review before for any business. But I am doing so here for the first time because I am so incredibly impressed with the amazing job Charlie and his staff at Reflections Auto Restoration did in painting my car and restoring it to its original glory. Just amazing craftsmanship and care and attention to detail! The price was reasonable, the breakdown of the estimate was really clear and detailed, and throughout the process they kept me updated on their work. Charlie and Bianca were so pleasant to deal with at every step. My car was in terrible shape, needed some dents removed and parts replaced as well. It now literally looks like it just came off the production line brand new. I have no idea how they could effect such a dramatic transformation. These folks are real artists, and I’m so delighted I found them (really impressive web site, by the way). I give them my highest recommendation!

Insurance quote was way low, and I wanted my truck back in perfect condition not a payout that was laughable. The crew at Reflections went the distance and had our adjuster come out for a second look. They took care of dealing with everything and got a new quarter panel and bumper assembly instead of the repair like I deserved. They made my truck like new again!!
