Absolutely outstanding service! I'd recommend this place to anyone I know. These guys are professional and straightforward. They treat you like family and get stuff done in timely manner. I have taken my sprinter van here couple times now, to fix things that other services couldn't do and these guys fixed it in no time. The second time was a/c issue that Mercedes dealership "couldn't" fix after 3 weeks, these guys got it done in under 24 hours. I can't say enough good things about this place. As a solo female, it can be difficult to get honest automotive work done but these guys have always treated me with respect and were always transparent and honest. This place will always be my go-to auto service?

Mitchell saved me from some real trouble of being stranded with my Duramax truck and travel trailer. Hands down, he is the guy you want to call when you’re in a pickle. Please take my word for it!

I was passing through Iowa City visiting friends while changing duty stations for the Navy. Cross country military moves are already stressful enough, but add in some unexpected truck problems and that is the recipe for a real disaster and I was in a real pickle. The last thing I wanted to do was unhook my camper and have my Duramax 2500 towed 40 miles, or more, costing me loads of money. Mitchell was not only the only shop able to help me on a Sunday, but he also came direct to me…no tow needed. He very quickly diagnosed what the issue was (which was a bad EGR Valve) but was very methodical in ensuring that all possible issues were identified. After some thorough preliminary troubleshooting which did not fix the issue, he then quickly located a part, and had me up and running all in quick succession and saving me hundreds of dollars. He truly was a blessing to me and my family stuck in an unfamiliar area and needing some big help. His work was beyond reasonably priced and no hassle involved. If only every mechanic was this easy to deal with and as respectful and upstanding as Mitchell is. He even called me the following day to make sure I had made it safely to my destination. It’s rare to get such amazing service. Don’t look anywhere else for help. Thanks again Mitchell! Keep doing a rock solid job my friend!
