We buy older cats for cash, so we also know they will need repairs. Raz has been amazing! My husband's truck was acting up and needed an oil change. They did the oil change, but couldn't replicate the previous problem. We were not charged for anything but the oil change. Another car died and they towed it to the shop without an appointment and helped us when we needed it. So grateful for this wonderful business!

Shout out to the guy at Raz who may have literally saved our lives. We were traveling and started to experience a bad rattling so pulled in off the highway to check it out. Come to find out we were running on 3of 5 lug nuts/studs on our front drivers wheel. Had we continued, the wheel could have popped off on the highway. I shudder to think of that potential outcome. He tightened up what we had and sent us on to Manhattan where we could get what we needed. Best of all, no charge. This old Kentucky gal is more than grateful ❤️

Very good experience with this place. They got our vehicle in and out the same day and was half the cost of other shop for the same exact service. They also gave us a lifetime warranty’s on their parts versus the 1 yr we got from our last shop. They do schedule a week out from initial diagnosis but unless it’s critical/urgent it’s worth it as they do complete work the same day it’s dropped off and the guarantees they put behind their work.

I LOVE RAZ! These guys are so knowledgeable, but also--and more importantly--so kind! They just simply help you with whatever auto issues you're dealing with, and give you the honest, "if it was my car I'd do this" instead of recommending the most expensive options only. I usually try and schedule a week or two ahead of time because their que can get filled pretty quick.

For multiple years I have drive out from Manhattan just to go to Raz. The pricing is great and service is always fantastic, unlike other shops Raz has never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need and I've always gotten incredibly fast turnaround for services and repairs. Would very strongly recommend this shop.

Brought my drive-it-till-it-dies here at the recommendation of some friends to get a second opinion on some repairs and a concerning noise. They didn't just take the word of the previous mechanic and seemed to spend extra time just trying to diagnose the problem. In the end they recommended only a relatively inexpensive repair, and didn't charge me for the time to figure out what was wrong. Since this wasn't a vehicle I cared to invest much into, I appreciated what seemed to be honest and reasonable advice. You know the kind - "Yeah, if it were my car and I'm just trying to keep it humming a couple more years, these are really the only things I'd worry about. It's probably not worthwhile to invest in some of these other repairs." As I'm not much of a car guy, this was just what I was looking for. They seem to know what they are doing, are friendly and thorough in explaining the issues, and give their frank advice. Highly recommended.
