Frankie and his team are hands down the best in the business. They specialize in
European makes, think Audi, BMW, Mercedes,Porsche…but they will also work on your Japanese brand. And they stand by their work, any complaints are promptly looked into!
The staff are very knowledgeable and actually friendly, not like certain snotty places where they behave like they are doing you a favor explaining your issue to you.
Appointments, this is especially important to me, are honored on time. None of that drop your car off and 2 days later it hasn’t been touched.
The garage itself is pristine, cleanest garage I’ve even been to!! This, with a comfortable waiting area to chill as they work on your car makes the whole experience a pleasure.

I bought a $68,000 Benz when I had money 10 years ago, and I would only get it serviced at the dealership. The dealership actually messed up a few times. Now that my car is 10 years old and have less money, it’s silly to pay so much at a dealership so I looked up German specialty garages and took it to Ray Team. It’s cheaper than the dealership, but I honestly feel like they are more knowledgeable and do better work. They use original parts from the manufacturer. The owner is a car enthusiast and very passionate about what he does. It’s a garage so I feel like there’s always a chance you might get over charged but find Alex and he’ll take care of you. I really regret not taking my car to Ray Team instead of the dealership. The website says that they’re 20% cheaper than the Audi dealership but they were 40% cheaper at least than my Mercedes dealership. 5 class garage, 7 star technicians!

I am amazed at how good and professional this automotive shop is. Brought my car in because the stereo was not producing any sound. Previously I had brought the car into 2 Audi dealerships and neither cared enough, or had technicians smart enough, to figure out the problem. RayTeam had the stereo working in 2.5 hours at a reasonable price. Their diagnostic equipment coupled with how skilled and intelligent their techs are have me wishing I knew about them before last week. Highly, highly recommend for German and other automobiles.

Alex and Frank do an amazing job. I’ve used them exclusively the last couple of years for all my 2019 BMW X5 needs. They are super courteous and very knowledgeable. Alex diagnosed and fixed a brake issue that master technicians at BMW couldn’t solve. Highly recommend Alex and team.

Frank, Alex and the rest of the RayTeam are hands down the best at what they do. I've been to many mechanics and this is the only time I've not had to switch into full a$$hole mode because these guys are honest, and it's clear they take enormous pride in what they do. Communication is superb, even down to text updates with pictures, digital estimates that you can review, approve and pay from your mobile device. An insurance adjusted recommended these guys to me and they did excellent work on my Audi SQ5 and the final bill was actually lower than the original quote. I took them a 1999 VW Eurovan with a long list of issues and these guys welcomed the challenged and got it back to me in tip top shape!

I just finished up with a pre-purchase inspection for my new GTI. The shop was able to point out that the brakes were not up to par and actually low. Based on the report the dealership took a copy of the multi-point inspection and agreed to replace the brakes prior to purchases. If you in the market for buying a new german car put this place on the top of your list

Frank, Alex and the entire team are just great! They always accomodate clients as soon as possible and efficiently address regular maintenance tasks and difficult diagnostics/repairs as well. Communication with the front desk is also fantastic.
