I highly recommend them! We've been using Randolph Automotive for a number of years now and are always happy with the service. They help keep you on track with maintenance, but will also take care of the unexpected issues. I love that we can drop the car off the night before so it's there on time for the work (and we avoid morning rush hour!) and it's often ready before the end of the day. They're informative and transparent and I've also found that the cost is reasonable, all things considered.

Always amazing. I called and got a quick appointment, fast service and Mike was able to save me some money. He even checked in the day after to make sure everything was good. Love this place!

The service at the shop is not good, I made an appointment for a 5000 mile oil change for $52 but then when I brought the car in they automatically changed the Moble 1 oil and charged me $101. This makes the customer feel like they are being scammed which is not good.
