We did the Grow With Me package with Jill, including maternity. That 1st package has turned into annual photos of our family! We have now been with Jill for 5 years! We initially chose Jill after first moving to Fishers and researching infant packages. Raindancer Studios had excellent reviews and we loved how she captured her clients. We keep going back because there has never been a picture we haven’t loved! Our daughter is comfortable with her and she doesn’t ever rush us. She gives us suggestions of what would look good, and she is always right. So much stands out…we missed our one year session and she allowed us to carry that last part of the package to our second year. She has this treasure chest in her car that kids can choose a gift after. She gives her best advice and helps make the experience the best it can be. Jill is bubbly, open to suggestions, good with kids, loving, genuine, and honest. We always walk away happy! Even when Jill takes her candid shots and you’re not sure what she is capturing, we get the pictures and are blown away! She has an eye for capturing what you wanted! Our favorite pictures are the “real life” shots of our daughter- all the things she does that make her unique!

I want to share what a wonderful experience we had with Raindancer Studios and Jill Howell. I knew Jill from teaching her daughter piano lessons and when I found myself engaged and looking for a professional photographer, she was my obvious choice. She is a sweet, trustworthiness and competent woman! She met with me and my (now) wife to get to know us and our desires. She was so very thorough with family backgrounds and what our needs for that occasion would be. I had no worries about her being there on time, getting all the shots we wanted and being creative. She was all of that and we have the most beautiful wedding photos we could have ever wished for.

I couldn't possibly say enough about Jill and how much our family loves her and her pictures! Photographing someone that you've only met or spoke to once is a huge challenge, but not for Jill Howell with Raindancer Studios. Jill is patient, kind, understanding, loving but also so funny, allowing you or your kiddos to get comfortable in front of the camera. We are so thankful for Jill! We first met a couple of years ago when she squeezed our huge family in last minute and gave us precious, irreplaceable memories. Then, she was willing to fly all the way to Alabama to shoot Tony’s and my wedding. I do not really have the words to express how her care, compassion, joy, fun, and flexibility truly made our wedding day so amazing! Tony, who really hates pictures, said that Jill made it fun and painless! ? The pictures truly captured the joy of that amazing day, and are such a treasure to have. Have loved my experiences with Jill at Raindancer for our maternity, newborn, holiday, and one-year photos! She is professional, friendly, and has really put us at ease during our shoots (our house/outside for our maternity pics and in the studio for our newborn/holiday photos). She also shows great attention to detail and I thought her studio space was super cool! So much natural light! I recently moved away from the Indianapolis area and one of my biggest gripes is not being able to work with Jill anymore. We're at a loss because we were so comfortable with her and loved our photos. The best of the best at her job and a sweet soul as well!

My husband and I chose Raindancer Studios for our engagement session and wedding and could not have have been more pleased. We were first drawn to Jill, honestly, for her faith and affordability. It was important to us to try to work with as many vendors who would support and understand the faith-based aspects of our wedding. Jill was so fun to work with on our engagement shoot and encouraged our personalities (we are big laughers and cuddlers, there are a ton of pictures of us laughing and snuggling up). Working with Jill leading up to the wedding, I loved her organization and the fact that she insisted on a meeting to work details out beforehand. It made me feel like I didn't have to be "bridezilla" and that she was invested in our wedding. Jill was encouraging and positive for the whole experience and we will definitely be repeat customers if we find another occasion for pictures!

When I had my daughter, I didn't realize that newborns should be photographed within the first 10 days of life. I found this out when she was 2 weeks old. I googled any/all newborn photographers in the Greenwood/Indy area and emailed nearly 15 different studios to try to get something scheduled QUICK. Several of the studios didn't even reply and a couple replied stating their price range was $1,000+ total, which was completely out of our price range. Jill replied within a day. She literally squeezed us in within that week for a newborn session and her prices were so reasonable. When we got there, Jill was so amazing to us and made us feel very comfortable. She basically even directed us on how to stand for the photos and how to hold our daughter, because being new parents we barely even knew how to hold our newborn ourselves. We also have a 2 year old that we're adopting and Jill welcomed her with loving arms. Jill was so absolutely patient. She took her time, we didn't feel rushed and worked so perfectly with both babies. We were SO unbelievably happy with Jill's work that we decided to do the "Grow-With-Me" package. We had a 6 month session as well as a 1 year session. Having young children, our sessions have been a little hectic, but Jill has been amazing and so helpful each time. We have always received our photos very quickly, within a couple of weeks and they have always looked so natural and peaceful. Jill definitely has an eye for capturing the perfect moments. We will use Jill for all photography needs in the future and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! Thank you, Jill!
