We have now taken both our newer Subaru and our older Toyota to Quality and we couldn't be happier. Both cars received fantastic service, everything was explained extremely well and we were given options for how to proceed. I have a 10 year old Lexus ES 350 that I brought in to the shop. Lexus told me to get a new car, I came here for a second opinion. Wayne did a thorough assessment of the car and let me know that it was save-able and that we could chip at the repairs over a couple of months and we did that. My Lexus is driving wonderfully and I’m grateful to have found Wayne who has been way more informative than Lexus ever was as it relates to keeping me knowledgeable about my car. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for service because Wayne is a trustworthy man who stands behind his work.

I had my transmission replaced over two months ago, as well as other issues causing my check engine light to be on. Wayne and his shop did a great job with my vehicle. Still running smoothly and no check engine light.

My family has been coming here for nearly 30yrs. Needless to say we trust these guys completely. We have bought multiple cars from them over the years and continue taking our vehicles here knowing we will get the best service possible.

Last year my girlfriend bought a 2009 VW wagon from them and aside from a failed starter nearly a year after purchase (no fault of theirs) the car has been fantastic, no issues at all.

We also very recently did a massive overhaul on my 2014 Subaru Outback. It was a chunk of change and close to two weeks without my car, but well worth it. They ended up saving me a ton of money that I would have lost by selling it and buying something else. The service and communication throughout the process were exceptional and I’m now happily back on the road, with a greatly extended life for my vehicle.

Wayne, Chris and the rest of their team are absolutely top notch and I would have a difficult time honestly recommending anyone else.
