The team at Quality Auto did a fantastic job on repairing my car after hitting a deer. I can not be more pleased with the outcome. As for communication I have never worked with a company that helped me every step of the way. I was getting weekly and sometimes bi-weekly calls providing updates on the progress. I am a customer for life. You will not find a better company around to repair your car back to showroom. Thank you to the entire team and especially to Mike for all the help.

Derek was phenomenal to work with and a great communicator. When our repair was delayed due to no fault of their own they made sure we knew what was going on. The fix was flawless and you cannot even tell that we got a new bumper. The paint match is excellent!

I thought Gavin and the whole crew were great! The office women were welcoming, Gavin went over everything at drop off, and pick up. My 2019 Rogue needed a new door and paint to be matched. I was told it would be about a week to a week and a half. It was done in three days!

The right side of my car was heavily damaged after an accident. I was suggested to come to Quality Auto by progressive. It took them and everything was great! My car is as good as I first looked at it. Big thanks to Angie for repairing it in just 12 days. They also picked me and dropped me off at the rental car place so it was really cool! This is the 3rd time I have had to bring my car in for repairs. It seems like the service gets better every time. My car came back looking better than before the wreck! Really great experience! I dropped the car off Monday for the first time and they called me Thursday that it was finished. Really quality job. You would never know it was in an accident. Repaired the quarter panel and wheel area. The office ladies knew their stuff a took care of the insurance process. It was really hands off for me. They even checked in my rental car and took care of it with Enterprise directly at the body shop. Not sure I could even dream of doing anything better!

I got into a car accident and went through the other drivers insurance to repair my vehicle. They recommended Quality Auto Rebuilders. Who? I have driven by their business a million times. But, you don’t know what you don’t need. The insurance company wanted me to go through these guys or two others for the body work. Never been there, but they are in Marion. I live in Marion, so Marion it is. Went in for my estimate. Wow! Easy peezy. Appointment was a week out. It took three days to get my car back looking snazzy. This was the best experience for a bad event. Thank you so much for your expertise, caring customer service and keeping me informed every step. Definitely A-1 in my book!
