Professional Automotive truly lives up to their name. They are professional, honest, and efficient. Each time I call they take the time to understand the issue and schedule me in a very reasonable timeframe. This business is not looking to add on unnecessary services or nickel and dime you - they are very fair with their prices and up front with the work that should be done and what can wait. Usually my car is done the same day, which I have not experienced with other shops before. Highly recommend Professional Automotive!

I wanted to say how pleased I am with my car and its "new and improved" air conditioning! I'm so happy and with this weather you really need it! These guys were great, Rick and Paul, keep us in the loop re what was going on, and the car was actually finished much earlier than expected. I also appreciated the fact that they added notes on the bill re things that should also be looked at in the future. My new favorite place! And very reasonable! Thanks again!

I took a 5+ year old GLC300 for an oil change and tire rotation and they ripped me off with charges over $400! Oil change and tire rotation was only $150 or so but the rest they said was for looking around and inspecting! When I asked for justification, they said the dealer would have charged you more. Probably that's true but it's hard to believe there's $250 worth of looking around for a car that has no issues!

I was traveling and my BMW X5 told me that my brakes were failing. I called Professional Automotive and they got me in the very next day, repaired my failed brakes, professional staff, fair price. I am relieved that I can continue my trip with no worries!

It was super easy to make an appointment (they do have a loaner vehicle!) and I felt as though they were honest in their initial assessment of my car in terms of what needed to be done now vs. what could wait until a future service. These guys are honest, upfront , and fair. Unlike most shops they also guarantee their work with a two year warranty. They don’t nickel and dime you just tell you the truth and you decide what you can do. Are they cheap? Nope. But as the old adage goes: you get what you pay for. If you want cheap work go somewhere else. If you want it done right you’d be hard pressed to find a better shop. They’re also pretty accommodating. They have helped me in a pinch before and I appreciate that.

I had a heat shield come loose on a trip down from Maine. My daughter called and got me in at 4 on a Friday afternoon. They were able to efficiently rectify the situation allowing me to be able to head home on Monday morning. They are friendly, attentive, and easily explained the problem and how they fixed it to a guy who is not very car smart. I would highly recommend them.

My family and I have been customers of Professional Automotive for as long as I can remember. I can always trust that they will charge me a fair price, do good work, and keep me informed on the condition of my car and any future maintenance needed. At Professional, I never have to worry that my lack of car knowledge will be taken advantage of in order to sell me on maintenance that I don't really need. Just the opposite, they frequently answer questions that I may have about any questions car-related.

Even when my car requires work that they cannot cover, they have pointed me in the right direction on multiple occasions. In one instance, I needed a particular exhaust repair and Professional gave me a recommendation for a local shop that could get me the repair I needed. Recently, I have been leasing a new car and the mechanics at Professional noticed an oil leak and gave me plenty of advice on handling the repair at my dealership since it was covered under the lease warranty. Even though the dealership insisted that there was no leak, I trusted the assessment of the Professional mechanics and followed their advice by continuing to hound the dealership mechanics. And lo and behold, there was a leak and I got it fixed thanks to Professional.

My family and I have brought 7+ cars to Professional over the years and will continue to bring any new ones to them. Their honesty and quick and fair service stand out the most, and I appreciate that I do not feel like a stranger when I walk in their door.
