Damon and his team at Probilt are the best!! Damon does a great job of listening to the customer, then the team checks out your vehicle and then makes the needed recommendations. Damon text me the pictures of what they found and a detailed description of work they recommended, along with prices for each recommendation. Fair prices as well as Synchrony Car Credit to use if needed, with 6 months same as cash option. Damon and his team are doing a great job of keeping my 2002 Ford Ranger running!!! I feel I should elaborate: my young son calls me says Dad my heats not working and there's water in my passenger floorboard. My thought is heatercore so I google replacing heatercore and the hole dash would have to be removed with airbags involved I know that's outside my domain. I called Probilt told them I need the heatercore replaced. They get it in the shop and they call me tell me they've pressure texted the system and everything is good but the blowerfan needs replaced and the water is most likely coming from the retractable sunroof.
Everything is working great. What I felt was going to be a costly repair Thanks to their honesty turns out to be a minimal.

I recently took my car to Probilt to have my brakes and rotors replaced then I had my sway bar links replaced just this week. Both times, admittedly, I was a bit nervous as I'm not a fan of mechanics due to past experiences. But, both times, Damon and his staff were reassuring, honest and got the job done without any issues.

My car handles much better since having the work done. They also had things done in a timely manner.

HONEST! You will not find a car repair service provider that represents this quality more. I have had two different cars serviced by Probilt, a 2007 Honda Civic and a 2014 Ford Edge SEL. Both cars are of an age that they require replacement of parts/repairs in order to keep the cars at optimum/safe working order. We have found Probilt to be fair and honest with regards to what needs service/repair and the associated cost.

Probilt was able to get my Nissan Altima in promptly and had it repaired in one day. My windshield wipers were stuck in an upright position which a different shop left them in and told me they could get them to rest where they were supposed to. Damon and his team fixed that problem and replaced a tire sensor that had gone out. They were friendly and professional and treated me honestly and fairly. That will keep me coming back.
