It took me a hot second to realize that Pro Automotive is the real deal. No scuzzy sale add ons and true knowledge given from everyone. The assessment Morgan gave me with the limited info I presented to her, was impressive and accurate. This is my go to auto repair palace going forward. Thanks for doing what you guys do. I’d give it a 0 star if possible. Got an oil change and a new radiator for WAY too much. But, its not just the terrible rip off prices, its the lazy or just very inexperienced technicians, who don't screw bolts in and are trained, I'm sure, to cause more issues on the vehicle, to then sell another exorbitantly priced repair… THAT THEY CAUSED! Huhhhh imagine that. CHECK THE PHOTO!

I brought my Jeep to Pro Automotive for four new tires.
Their website was very easy to use again to book my appointment.
They took pictures to highlight what they found and emailed the recommendations and suggestion on potential repairs that could be needed in the future.
Morgan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when discussing the options on what tires from Cooper would best fit my Jeep..
From when they gave me a ride home to when I picked up my Jeep they were extremely professional and I'm very satisfied with the service. The tires are great, and the ride feels much better than before.
I would recommend Pro Automotive to anyone looking for exceptional service.

Very kind and friendly when I walked in, I had a nail hole in my tire that needed repair. The wonderful ladies in the office had no problem stoping what they were doing to attended to me! I was in and out before I could even notice! Would 100% recommend for all your car needs you will not be disappointed.
Fastest,friendliest,and most professional mechanic in the Webster MA area! If I could rate higher I would.

I had never been to Pro Automotive before and called first thing in the morning as I was hearing a lot of noise when I was braking the night before. Spoke to Morgan, she was able to get me in that same day to take a look at what was going on. They replaced my front and rear brakes and rotors same day for a very fair price. The customer service was incredible from the moment I walked in the door.
